Just had an incredible two cups of drip-made coffee. I can’t wait to go back and try a pour over. They roast their own beans- so the coffee is super fresh, and watching them do pour overs, they are meticulous and exact- guaranteeing a wonderful cup every time. Definitely someplace to stop and try if you are in Goshen. Staff seemed attentive and cared.
Update - I just went back this morning - twice...still feel the same - had a pour-over the first time today and a drip the 2nd. both are excellent! They are pricey - but one of the best cups I have ever had.

I picked up a cup of coffee to go this morning and the service was excellent. The owner and staff are very friendly, the coffee (Sumatra, single origin) was delicious. I also ordered a fresh organic, cold-pressed juice and it was a great compliment to the coffee. I definitely recommend this coffee shop!! Thank you to the owners and staff for being here in Goshen!

Greta coffee. The taste has a bold flavor that can only be described as victory. Just going inside, the place has an atmosphere that screams “wake-up dummy!, it’s go time!”. Since I’ve started visiting this place, I look and feel younger, have a perpetual smile, my cat-like reflexes have improved, and my hair sparkles and shines under the EDM strobe lights. I doubt the people leaving negative reports have even been to Embassy Coffee. I would add it’s not a safe space for people with emotional and health issues. The psychologically weak and mentally fragile members of our society should NOT be drinking coffee or caffeinated beverage: consult your physicians.

Embassy Coffee is always a great experience. Their product is head and shoulders above ANYTHING else I've found without going all the way to Chicago.

Clean, simple and quiet environment with good product. The roasting, and the skill levels at the espresso bar gets better and better every time I visit. It shows a dedication to the product and experience of it.

Baristi are always on point with their skill level; something VERY hard to consistently do at a roasting coffee shop operating at this level.

There are a number of reviews on here talking about masks. My experience was that staff ARE wearing masks and being considerate of social distancing practices. Customers were also social distancing, though many were not wearing masks at their seats; no different than any restaurant (not sure how one would drink coffee with a mask).

Prices are VERY appropriate for a specialty coffeeshop.

My experience here is such that I recommend overlooking the politically biased reviews, to enjoy the excellent coffees this place is consistently putting out.

Awesome tasting "pour over" coffee. Had the Ethiopian. Clean, hip atmosphere.

Fantastic lil coffee shop. Coffee is a little bit more pricey than your average joe - ha see what I did there - but is worth the slight premium in cost. I would consider this to be a more "boujee" kind of coffee shop. More for the coffee connoisseur type. They have pour overs and the like. The coffee all tastes GREAT and they have a nice rotation they go through. All the tables have complimentary water and the wifi here is solid. Sit by the front window and watch the home town hustle and bustle go by, or sit against the brick wall and let let your music take you away in thought. The baristas are super chill and pretty knowledgeable. This is the place I go if I want to enjoy some peace and quiet and get some work done. For sure worth checking out! Thanks for reading!

Despite some rude, politically motivated reviews, the owners here are super caring and active in the community. They are more than welcoming and will go the extra mile. Especially cool to see that they aren’t requiring masks and letting the consumers choose!

Embassy Coffee is solid craft coffee. On par with Chicago craft roasters and a solid menu. They’ve also understood that in a smaller town having food as well is important and have paired a great menu with their coffee. Best coffee I’ve had in Elkhart area and clear commitment to quality.

Update: they’re anti maskers

The coffee is light to medium roasted coffee. That is the first thing I look for in a coffee shop. The inside of this place is beautiful. The coffee roaster is a very small batch size and each coffee is roasted to perfection. I had a pour over when I went and was satisfied with the knowledge of the barista and the great quality of the coffee. In addition I bought a bag of coffee which was delicious and was different than what I had as a pour over. One visit and two excellent coffees. I can't wait to go back!
