Glorious Coffees and Teas

The first time time.i tired this place my hot coffee.was luke warm and bad..Tried it again.and i got good fresh.coffee..Today the thrid time.Horribly stong.old coffee..At $2.40 a.cup.i expect.fresh good coffee.evey time.So disappointed.once again..I wont be back.

Delicious coffee and sinfully rich chillers... Gloria Jean's is a coffee shop and drive through happiness factory. In comparison with Starbucks I believe that per volume you're getting more coffee for your money. And plus the lovely young ladies that work there are so sweet.

Tried it once Don't get me wrong it's really good but unfortunately I had to throw it out because it was my fault I didn't realize that the drink I ordered had way too much sugar. I've been watching my sugar lately and I didn't realize this had the amount of sugar I had so I had to ditch it It was really really good though so If I can find something better, I will be back

Love this store and product. As a former Starbucks manager I feel the product here is superior to Starbucks. GJ offers 4 types of milk alternatives as well -- Almond, Soy, Coconut, and Macadamia. If you like flavoured coffees this is also the place to be. Customer service here exceeds Starbucks at least at the store in Crown Point, IN. Starbucks Baristas are too busy and over worked to provide true attention to their customers. Every time I've been to this GJs they have gone above and beyond to accommodate. Because it's a new store the employees are a little "green" but they are fully staffed with a seemingly fantastic manager who seems dedicated to provide extraordinary CS. Starbucks has fallen behind on being able to accommodate vegan, food allergy, or diabetic needs.

Still love this store and product but I challenge the manager to train his employees better. I know it's a new store but it's been open for at least 3 months or more and the neitivity and lack of knowledge and skill of the Baristas is getting quite frustrating at this point. They are getting quite crabby understandably because they are frustrated and not trained well. Every visit tries one's patience to a great degree. Things only flow smoothly when the manager is helping and guiding behind the counter.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Walked into the Crown Point location at 7:35 AM. Long after they had opened. Stood at the counter for five minutes before somebody came to the counter. At that point, he started counting his drawer without even acknowledging that I was there. He finally looked up while he was still counting money and asked me what I wanted. I said, “large Americano.“ He then replied “Medium regular coffee.?” He then went back to counting his money. I walked out.

I love the strawberry chillers. The customer service is great. Always greeted with a smile and a friendly “Welcome to Gloria Jeans”. Despite just opening, the team members seem to have an in depth grasp of the menu.

One of my favorite places for coffee! I lived in Illinois for over 55 years of my life and I frequently visited Gloria Jeans at Oak Brook and Yorktown shopping centers. Now that I live in Indiana I'm really excited too have a Gloria Jeans coffee house. I'm suggesting you add your business hours too the front door so that your customers know your hours of operation.

I love Gloria Jeans!! Their coffee is really good. I'm glad they opened a location in Crown Point. I'll definitely be coming back.

This is one of the most friendliest places i have been to in a long time not only is the coffee amazing but the staff is just very nice and courtious and the atmosphere is so comfortable and relaxing and the outside patio is an added bonus very nice touch i must say as well as the drive through for those who are in a bit of a rush. The hours of operation are absolutely great opening at 5 a.m. so early working folk like myself can grab it on the way to work instead of gas station coffee or if i forget to brew my gloria jeans at home. Highly recommend you pay a visit or 2 or 3 or 12 lol great place.

Does not sell the liquid syrup to make chillers at home like mall location disappointing for a freestanding store. Nice employee s except manager would not come up front for new girl sad to see an employee have to struggle with questions that she clearly did not know and have to keep going in back to ask. Hope that's the least of treatment employee s go thru other than that the new employee was a pleasure shame on worker with her.
