Glorious Coffees and Teas

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. I took my wife and two daughters there the other day and the service is terrible. We are a colored family and when we walked in we could feel the discrimination right away. At first the workers and even the manager were giving us looks and they were very rude to us as we ordered. The barista did not make the coffee the right way after we specifically told them what we wanted. I will never go there again.

By God they GOT IT...... Service is 100% better, Stopped in every day for the last several days.... This is the place, Trust Me. Best Product in Lake County, Great SERVICE... and Fast..... I knew they get it, and, I understand that a new business needs to work out the bugs.... Great Effort by the Staff and the manager to get a handle on this.

TRUST ME.... This my daily Stop...... You will Love this Place....

Simply put, this location is my home away from home. They are the best start to my day and I will always choose this location over any other coffee joint including Starbuck's. Gloria's uses quality ingrediants, isn't afraid to make modifications to any drink, and treats me like family. They aren't as big of a chain as Starbuck's but don't let that fool you; they're even better. Starbuck's often tastes as though they use stale milk in their Lattes and it is hard to make a connection with such a large corporate chain that is only concerned about making money. Without Gloria's, I would be lost and deprived of joy. THANK YOU!!!!

The name of this place keeps changing..but has the Same menu as Gloria jeans, but it doesn't taste the same. Everytime I get a chiller it tastes different

Used to be our favorite coffee place until they paired with Jamba. The drive thru menu flips between the two. Not giving you time to decide. Jamba burns the breakfast sandwiches. Now your being told to pull forward. Let's not mention the long line.

Great experience everytime and some of the coffee drinks are better than even dunkin!

They were blasting some jams since it was fairly empty when I walked in, I liked that atmosphere even though they turned it down to be courteous. Coffee was good and I got a breakfast wrap which was pretty standard.

Chai Latte was a bit sweet, but delicious! Very nice staff!

Wow guys I like the way you have treated me, and your coffee was incredible the taste, the way you making it guys and the style of serving the coffee, I will be for sure a regular customer. Besides that I like the atmosphere outdoor it is magical, all the best and thank you for being genourous with me guys 🙂.

I love the Gloria Jeans in the mall. I tried the Crown Point location and my Vanilla Carmel didn’t taste like it should have. I was pretty upset for that being my first visit.
