Glorious Coffees and Teas

So excited that Gloria Jean's has come to Crown Point! I love the cookie chillers and can't wait to try other items on the menu. My daughters each had a non-coffee chiller tonight and loved them.

Some of the best customer service I've ever received. We're there for hours having a good time they even turn the fire pits on for us!

My husband wanted to surprise me with my favorite coffee & they didn’t even make it right. The order says cherry & no cheery syrup was added as you can tell that it’s not red. Instead they made it the regular way with caramel. Coming from ex employer of Gloria jeans.

This is my favorite place in the whole wide world! Lol. I have been coming here since they opened and it just gets better and better all the time. I am considered a "regular" and all the employees know my name and my voice. I usually come here 2 times a day! I love my Ice Capps with extra whipcream and sprinkles! I love everybody who works here. They are so friendly and kind. They all deserve a raise!!

Went there this morning and the girl who handed me my latte didnt have the lid on right so when i grabbed the coffee cup i had coffee in my car, on the side of my car and on me. Latte was too strong. Won't be going back.

Great Experience! I love the atmosphere and the warm welcome as I come through the doors. The staff is extremely friendly and always smiling. Great customer service by far. The owner is very respectful and always says hello when in the coffee shop. The staff always goes out of their way to make sure you have what you need.
I will definitely continue going there to get my coffee and letting all my friends and family know.

Was so excited as I drove past and saw this new coffee shop. So we had to make a stop in. The origin blend was very tasty and they kindly topped us off as we left out after sitting in their relaxing cafe. The atmosphere was peacefulness welcoming. Prices were reasonable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to another visit in the near future.

I love going to locally owned businesses, and this is my favorite coffee shop in the area. The employees are always friendly, service is fast, and I have minimal issues.

I love Gloria Jean coffee and was very excited to test out the new location. The coffee is always amazing! Unfortunately the staff was extremely rude when ordering and did not even know how one of the drinks on the menu was made. When I corrected the staff member about my mocha voltage containing espresso she argued that it didn't until another staff member corrected her and told her I was right. Instead of an apology she she had the other girl remake it. It was very frustrating. An apology is very easy to say. Please update your staff on the goals of customer service and respect for your customers. I have been waiting years for you to branch outside of the mall I'd hate to see you fail because of the attitudes of your employees!
