Stella's Cafe & Catering

The food was fantastic! The service was disappointing. We were there 60 min prior to closing. We were pushed out the door as service staff was wanting to close. They turned away customers at 130 when closing at 2.

After reading a handful of reviews, we stopped here on the way back from vacation. It didn't disappoint. Street parking was super easy to find. Once we sat down, we were immediately pleased with the menu options. The prices were very affordable. The staff was attentive. We will definitely target this restaurant again as a top lunch choice in Stockton.

Loved everything! The food was tasty and priced well, the waitress was great, and it's a super cute place. I enjoyed the Stella's salad and tomato bisque. My mom had an egg, hashbrowns and homemade toast. Highly recommend!

Great wait staff. 1897 built building completely restored. Very clean inside.

The wait staff tried hard, but still had some speed bumps. I had the tomato bisque soup and the Southwest Salad with grilled chicken. It was very good. Avocados might have been nice in the salad, but all in all, it was delicious. I would recommend for breakfast and lunch.

Situated in downtown area of Stockton, off of Route 20, which is the main traveled route from Chicago to Galena. So this gem is perfect. Slightly off the beaten path, but very popular.
Food is good. Reasonably priced. Service is fast and friendly. A great deal of pride is evident.
Our family has made Stella's a tradition for breakfast brunch and see no reason to change it up.
I can recommend the omelets. Great selection. I like the Greek and the Tuscan especially.

The food was great. Service was slow. We think that they lost our order which is fine but communication is key. Took half an hour.

If you really like good tasting coffee, don’t order coffee. The breakfast burrito was really good though and a large portion. The servers were very attentive and friendly.

Best diner breakfast I've had in a while! We liked it so much we went back for Sunday brunch buffet which was fantastic as well. They make their own bread too. Will definitely stop here any time we are in the Galena area!
