I had a Reubens and it was soggy and it had chopped meat. I didn't like it. I always thought it was suppose to be corned beef and sour k and swiss cheese with thousand island dressing. It wasn't what I expected

My wife and I drive from Springfield to attend a small church in Sparta (Sparta Reformed Pres. Church of No. America)... On Sundays when there is no church fellowship or other activities planned, we will stop in for a meal at Lollie's. The service is terrific, and the food is good too!

Great food, super friendly service. Great selection of desserts. Tues or Thurs they have Liver and Onions, its tender and yummy.

Normally the food and service are pretty good, but today it was not.
They have construction on main dinning area and the poker machine's where so loud you couldn't even hear the person across from you.
The food was cold and the tea was bitter.
I doubt we will be back.

One star only because my food was good. Service ended up being pretty bad. And if you order something and find it isn't what you expected, don't send it back because you will pay for it anyway. Also towards end of meal saw a bug crawling across the wall that you DO not want to see in a restaurant.

I have ordered Lollie's twice in the past 4 days. The first time I got like 5 waffle fries with my $13 order along with a pink chicken breast!! Then tonight I get the same order and my waffle fries are hard! They were not cooked to order. It is really sad and pitiful to get whatever they want to give you when you paying your money out like that. That place is as bad as McDonald's!! I would rather have Hardee's back and close Lollie's like NOW!!!
