Service could not have been better. It was excellent.

I have eaten at many cafes and diners all over the U.S. over the years. Lollies is one of the best. The steak I ordered almost melted in my mouth. Although they were pretty crowded, we were initially served within minutes. Top 10 in Illinois in my opinion.

I ordered Philly steak, needed a magnifying glass to see the meat, tots with a side cheese ,99 cents extra and it was cold. Their large togo cup is now a small cup at same price of $2.19 and mostly ice. Then got ready to pay and had to pay a fee to use a debit card. Been a regular for 7 years, think I will be taking a break from them for a long while.
Happy New Year's!!

The dayshift cook always accommodates my dietary needs. She is a good cook. Multiple items on menu. They have real delicious American fries that are crispy and delicious. Spaghetti marinara or with meatballs. Good grilled or fried fish. Great homemade meals.

We stopped here on our way to Memphis Tennessee. The food here was outstanding. My husband joked with me that he hasn't seen me eat that much of my food ever. I got the pony breakfast shoe my husband got the breakfast horse shoe and my son got french toast with bacon. Will definitely make the drive here again for their food

Very good service and good food. Had a burger that was affordable and delicious. Lots of good options on the menu with daily specials.

GREAT FOOD. inside is rough. Personally if Food is clean and kitchen is clean then I shouldn't care how "torn up" the inside is or isn't... There is definitely on opportunity for a refresh to benches and chairs but going for Food and Ignoring that it's worth your visit.

Great food, variety of choices, order breakfast, lunch, or dinner

So we went there today and I used to enjoy this place but I will not return. Food was soaked in grease and served that way. I ate the bacon and sent everything else back. No taste except old repeatedly used vegetable oil. Spoke with manager who happened to be the cook so I informed him how awful this food is and was told its best we can do. I think if its the best you can do then you shouldn't serve that food. I left to go to McDonald's much better food and at least the grease at McDonald's is fresh. Wont be back and will never recommend. I only give it a 1 star because there is no lower mark I can leave..

A different obvious mom and pop restaurant that should satisfy the whole family. Homestyle lunch and dinner plates along with dessert available after breakfast. Might be a full menu all day but I'm not certain. We had the horseshoes. I had the chili and cheese while husband had the philly steak version. Large portions so big I took home the second half of mine. As a result I only needed to order one pony (half the size of the horse shoe) to take home to our boys. Food was good but the cheese on top of the horseshoe wasn't warm. I mixed it in with the rest of my items and enjoyed it regardless. No complaints on the leftovers and the take home order either. They have television and slots for adults to entertain guests while they wait. If u save any room for it they have a nice couple choices of pies available as well.
