The food was excellent! However, our waitress was not. Our appetizer didn't arrive, and out food too almost 30 minutes to get to our table. Then our appetizer showed up. Also we never got a refill on drinks. They did take the appetizer of the bill. Wanted to really like this place, but service needs work.

Food is so delicious. Service is fast and friendly.

I've ordered food from this place both in person and take out. Each time I am very impressed. One of my favorite menu items is their Philly Horseshoe. Never really had any problem with any of the food. Take out or dine in, food is phonenemonal, hot and fresh. Staff very courteous.

They have really good chicken gizzards. My husband Hamburger was huge. Our first time there because we were visiting. We will be back.

Fried chicken was dry and withered. Side portions pretty small. Coleslaw was flavorless. Kids meals were priced well and looked much better. Nice staff that seemed to pay attention.

Went in to get a "togo" menu and the waitress was absolutely puzzled! She said all of our food can be ordered to go and handed me a dine in menu. I'm still laughing today lol

Burger was quite tasty. The cheese was standard processed cheese (fake cheese) slices. Bacon is good. The lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion - all good & fresh. Fries were super. Price was really fair. I would return for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

The shoes are awesome and portions gigantic! Great value for low price! Coffee is good too!
Only issue was the gaming room. I believe it should not be in a family restaurant.

Haven't had a bad meal there....until now. The mashed potatoes were obviously instant and just didn't taste good. The fried chicken was also not very good. Cheeseburger was fair.

Staff needs to smile and be more attentive speak clearly to customers and have confidence greet people when they walk through the door
This staff did the total opposite all very quiet and stand offish I'd hate to see there tip cups
Anyways on a plus note the food was excellent I had the chicken Alice and I absolutely loved it!!!
Get new staff or suffer the consequences of customers not coming back...
By the way I'm a manager of a successful restaurant with great customer service
