Me and my family hosted a baby shower and it was spectacular. We did it after hours and we were able to do what was needed the survive was good. If we awaken For something we got it. I definitely liked this place. It clean nice and cozy and its family friendly.

What a great place to de-office yourself... The staff is friendly and very pleasant. Recently, I was introduced to their chai latte...mmm good. There chili is great.

Was part of British Boots and Bonnets Car club at their car show. Great coffee. Nice turn out.Awesome coffee and food I can't wait to go back again.Love the environment here! Great coffee and good. Perfect place to relax and get some work done.

Quiet atmosphere and delicious drinks. Cozy enough for family but well suited to a business meeting. Fits the neighborhood so well. Love it.

I wish I could give them less than one star. Scheduled a baby shower to be held at Katie's cup and they not only kept the $150 deposit, but refused to return calls and messages. Very unethical. It has been two years and still no response. Do not give them your business. I would hesitate to book any parties here.

Love the atmosphere. I had a Snickers latte (not sure of the actual name) but it was hands down the best I've ever had. I live in WI and I wish I could drive there every morning to get a delicious cup!!! Thank you for warming my heart!!!

If you are meeting a friend for a coffee date, or looking for a quiet place to study, Katie's cup is definitely the best place in Rockford for it. It is super homey, especially in winter (there's a fireplace and a nice couch), they have tons of games and books, and it always has such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. As another added bonus, there's all sorts of interesting community events hosted there.
