Cafe Santa Rosa

Some nice people are trying very hard to create a satisfying coffee house and I am happy to say they are succeeding. Junction City has a particular ambiance all it's own and Cafe Santa Rosa fits right in. The coffee beverages are top notch and the service quick and courteous. One of the few places you can get an authentic shakerato. Espresso served over ice. A nice intense coffee flavor. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Farm to cafe fresh and delicious products. Iced Miel Latte is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Customer service is amazing, cafe is beautiful, and the setting is warm and inviting. A must visit local shop!

Really like their lattes. We have a lot of good coffee spots in town, this is my favorite though.

Visited for the first time recently and got the Mexican Vanilla latte. It was excellent. The flavor was great and I loved that I could still taste the espresso along with it (rather than being totally masked by the flavor). Cute interior as well and outdoor seating is also available.

Everyone who works here is always so welcoming and friendly, the food, drinks, and environment is absolutely wonderful. My favorite place to come to get work done!

My husband and I came here for the first time today & couldn’t wait to try this new local third wave coffee shop. We got an Americano & a Cortado. Both were outstanding (and my husband is veeeeery picky!). The workers were so genuine & welcoming, looked you in the eye, educated without being pretentious at all. I have finally found an all around fantastic local coffee shop to support!

My favorite place for coffee in the Peoria area! Every drink has been delicious - iced or hot. The iced Miel is my favorite. Their house made syrups are also so so good! I’m so thankful to have them in the area.

Great atmosphere, and great drinks! Everyone there was super pleasant to be around. Juliana greeted me and wished me a good day as I left. The drinks were tasty, everything was kept clean, and all employees were wearing masks. Going to go back with a group of friends to study sometime!

I always wanted to try this place, i am glad i did. I am very particular about my coffee and details how its made. This place made sure every sip to the last of my drink is made to perfection. All thanks to the barista @Cami who turned a boring decaf and oatmilk into a delicious cappuccino. I hardly noticed any difference. She was so polite and kind.
The ambiance just makes you feel relaxed. Especially the chrismassy touch gave it more holiday sparkels.
