[CxT] Roasting Company - Keller Station

A good coffee shop and very rustic. The staff are very friendly. They also have nice bakery items. A nice place to hangout.

First time visit. I only drink regular light to medium coffee. Can't review their other coffee or tea, etc. My light black coffee came in a real goodness to gracious cup. Loved that right off the bat. The coffee taste was excellent and it stayed warm right down to the last drop. I had a muffin with my coffee from The Great Harvest Bread Company which was moist and very flavorful. Nice cozy atmosphere with couches, etc. to lounge. Stayed pretty busy while I was there. Must be very popular. Give them a try. Don't believe you will be disappointed. Still the fine relaxing coffee shop.

Hands down best place in town for fancy & creative coffee drinks. I love the iced lavender coffee tonic in the summer. My partner prefers black drip coffee. The quality of the roast on its own is always strong, clear, and delicious. Regular drip coffee here is far superior to what we can make at home. We like to occasionally buy whole beans by the bag from here- and the Holiday Blend, available seasonally, is one of our all-time favorites. The atmosphere is modern & lively.. A little echoey, but I appreciate the bustling coffeehouse background noise as an integral part of the atmosphere here. Highly recommend this place for visitors passing through Peoria!

Quaint store in cozy rustic style, fast, friendly, and efficient service, and excellent offering of fresh-roasted, fresh-brewed coffee and tea drinks. Their whole bean coffee beans make simply the best coffee I’ve ever had. These people really know what they are doing!

I arrived with mum on Mother's Day after breakfast down the road. CxT had something she liked, I think it had a berry in it. Impressively, they also had a zero-sugar syrup for my coffee. Wins all around. I'll roll through again when I'm in the area.

Great coffee at a very reasonable price. The atmosphere here is a big draw for me. Very friendly people and a great place to meet others for conversation. Would recommend for any searching out a great coffee shop!

Espresso was good, however the aeropress was ok. However, it may be the coffee. It was the Brazil coffee which is labeled as dark roast but seems to be more towards a medium. They're aeropress method also differs as it seems they fill the plunger fully and steep the coffee a little longer than normal. We bought a bag of the Brazil to bring home and try it and used a Hario pour over and aeropress (James Hoffman style) and it still seemed to have less than two roast notes. Either way it's a nice place, decent prices.

Arrived to the courthouse 1 hour early for jury duty. Luckily, I was told by a police officer that they had a nice coffee stop on Main Street. 10/10 did not disappoint. So glad they have a cute and functional coffee ☕️ Spot in walking distance. ❤️
