A must stop on your Route 66 journey. This was our first visit here and really happy we stopped. I had the Sunday brunch...all the food was good. My friend had a prime rib sandwich which he said was delicious. The staff was very friendly, appreciated the welcoming conversation! Hope to be back again for a visit again.

PLEASE BEFORE YOU EAT HERE: Just look at the pictures of the food here everything looks so mushy and unappetizing. I can tell you no matter what these potatoes who are reviewing say about it, It tastes as good as it looks.
Atmosphere is confusing most definitely is NOT a cafe. It is more of a family ran fancy restaurant with dreary lighting to where you can barely get a good look at your food. I ordered a regular burger medium and I got a reheated bland and greasy burger with a black bun. My partner got a sad unrolled poor excuse for manicotti served along side two walmart brand bread frisbees that were supposed to be garlic bread. They had the AUDACITY to give another table who had food issues, TWO SLICES OF WHITE BUNNY BREAD AS RECONCILIATION. Never have I ever seen a resteraunt stoop so low, you cannot make this stuff up. I honestly reccomend mcdonalds over this place because its atleast cheap and the burger has some hint of flavor. I have no clue what the other people that are reviewing are talking about because this was a terrible expierence entirely. I can confidenly say as someone who lives in this town, it is a shame to have something like this place as the culinary icon of our town.

This historic diner style restaurant, set against a historic Route 66 backdrop, has a sizable menu with cuisine ranging from Italian to Mexican and everything in between. With stellar wait staff service and a killer dessert selection, you will not be disappointed.

Just left all in all was a really terrible experience they were out of everything I acctually wanted to order so I went with 2, 40 dollar filet meals just to get told they were out of the baked potatoes I ordered so long storey short I paid 150 dollars for 2 over cooked 40 dollar filets
And a side of what seamed to be re cooked krickle fries food was terrible service was terrible and paid an awful amount of money for it

Great food and the server Eriel was amazing. She gave us a magnet and post card to take home. We had a wonderful experience. Kids loved the food too. Recommend to anyone who want to experience authentic historic route 66 experience, especially right next to historic Litchfield Route 66 museum.
