Stopped for a late lunch at this Route 66 historical place. Good service and good food. I had a Patty melt and my wife had the Turkey club sandwich. Both are excellent. Got dessert to go and it was very good. We like it very much.

Wonderful! The food was delicious, we had a good server just an overall good experience. We've been here several times. The Ariston never fails to be a good time with good food, family and friends.

Catfish I had was disappointing, but would certainly give this place another try if I am in town again. Iconic route 66 restaurant, it's worth a visit for the history if nothing else.

Appetizers & Entree were good but salad bar was awful. Lettuce was wilted and dry and not much of a selection.

Stopped here because we're doing the entire Historic Rt. 66 tour, Litchfield is our stop for today, and the Ariston Cafe is in several books and magazines as a highly recommended place to eat. We couldn't have been more pleased. The Cafe was exceptionally clean, the staff is very friendly and efficient, and the food was excellent! They have a very good soup and salad bar, with every made in-house. Almost every customer there today (about a dozen couples at 5:30 PM) were locals, many of whom knew each other, and the staff knew all of them. I highly recommend you visit the Ariston Cafe. There are not many places like this left! Oh, and they are in the Route 66 Hall of Fame!

Coming here to The Ariston for the food is only part of the reason why it's so good. The other part is the rich history of being on Route 66. With that being said, the enchiladas and the classic burger, each on separate occasions were perfect and what to expect from a casual to upscale casual (casual plus? Near Sunday best type of dining) restaurant. I would have to say that the unique way they serve and present the desserts on a tray is very refreshing. The deserts themselves are just as amazing. To say the least, I believe The Ariston has a return customer with me.

The Ariston Cafe had a delicious Fried Chicken Dinner of all you can eat. The server displayed wonderful customer service skills and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend visiting this Cafe.

Amazing experience here! Our server was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. We got the “all you care to eat” fried chicken and it was awesome! If we are ever back in this area we will be visiting here again. If you’re a visitor in this area, this is a must visit restaurant.

This was a fantastic experience. Wonderful service from a very kind and funny young man, and absolutely delicious food. I enjoyed the manicotti with a lovely salad. The people I ate with had the patty melt and the pork tenderloin sandwich. He said it was the best pork tenderloin he had ever had. The owner was out and was greeting people regularly. We also had desert, and it was also delicious. A older woman, (who I am guessing was the owner's wife) spoke to us multiple times and was very kind. We will be sure to visit again.

Very disappointed in food and service tonight. Watched a server pick up a dessert with bare hand and place in to go box.
