I been coming here for last four years. I love everything about this place. My favorite drink is the Carmel nut shake. If you haven’t tried out this coffee shop. I promise you won’t be disappointed and didn’t fell to mention black owned

The Bronzeville location is a great space for getting work done and tasty drinks. I enjoy the music too.

Real chill vibe. The tea,desserts,and croissant sandwiches are really good. Service is also great with a helpful and friendly staff

Young lady that works there now is very rude. Tall heavy set long braids ,she was sitting there sipping on a drink and using her phone and didn't wash hands before making my drink. I purchased my drink before a coustomer came in and she made his drink first... Very unprofessional! I don't know what happen to the guy owner , that worked there he was very friendly and professional and the Mexican girl that works there now saw me agatated because the guy his drink was made before mine and she said nothing...

Hyde Park location always has superior customer service. When I am in the area, I always make a stop. Coffee is well crafted and I love the wide array of specialty drinks.

Really great place to study/work. Food is generally above average, and some of the speciality drinks are quite creative. Service is always excellent. Only complaint is that the espresso based drinks are a little weak for my taste.

Today I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it was quite a fortified beast! The croissant was very flaky and buttery, the scrambled egg patty was sturdy, and the turkey was not merely a thin slice of turkey! In fact this turkey was thick, meaty, and moist! But perhaps my favorite part of this scrumptious saturday morning snack was the cheese? Was it something boring like cheddar? No! Was it something cheep like American? No!!! That’s not even cheese! It was smoked Gouda! Oh how I loved this sandwich! I’m going to come here for breakfast every saturday and I know I will never be disappointed! 5 stars! highly recommended!

The customer service at Sip and Savor is just what I needed to make me feel happy. In these times of social distancing, people have seemed more distant - not just physically but emotionally too. My trips to S and S give me hope for things to return to normal soon. And my banana drink was amazing!!!!
