Sip and Savor 53rd

I was out running errands and decided to drop by Sip and Savor 53rd for some ice coffee and to recharge my phone and catch up on some reading. My soy latte with hazel nut was great. An employee came by to wipe down counter next to me so I appreciated how clean they kept it.

I love the convenience of this shop and the coffee is pretty decent. However, management should really invest in the overall ambience of the shop. It’s hardly decorated and very dark. Just chairs. No art. Nothing. The baristas are LOUD. Love em, they are amazing and so sweet. But they have a lot of personal conversations at the top of their lungs. It’s impossible to work and focus. It feels more like an employee break room that customers can work in. As much as I love their personalities and will always tip, I hesitate to work here because it’s SO LOUD. I don’t expect silence. But jeez.

I really love this place, it's a great atmosphere. I love their Crossants with Cheese and Sausage but sometimes I do feel unwelcomed there which I don't know why. I want to keep come back here but as long as they appreciate for having me as their regular customer. I don't want to have to find another Coffee shop to go again where I feel more welcomed.

Always friendly! And I love the premixed cocktails.

Solid coffee shop, prices are fine, coffee and drinks are quality. I would return.

I love this place. I come here almost everyday before work. The turkey deli with egg and cheese is always so fresh and the caramel nut shake is literally the best thing since sliced bread lol but no seriously the management is amazingly nice and appreciative I just had to leave this review. The fact that it’s black owned is just a plus. The food, the customer service, and the overall atmosphere speaks for itself and easily rivals your favorite coffee shops ☕️

Delicious and great vibes.

We love having a high quality coffee shop in our neighborhood. The espresso, coffee and tea are fantastic. Great flavors and the menu items are well crafted and not just pumped up with different syrups to give it taste. Happy to have it as our weekly stop.

I really really wanted to like this place. Atmosphere is great with a unique variety of drinks but the iced latte I got was cloyingly sweet and somehow also really bitter. The drink didn't have enough ice so my first sip was hot which was very unpleasant through a straw. I ultimately found the drink totally undrinkable and threw it out.

The staff is friendly, quick service, clean and friendly environment.
