Really nice location! The employees are always very friendly. One of them knows my orders because I come her so often. There’s a nice selection of coffee, smoothies, tea, and desserts. There’s seating inside and out and the ambiance is lovely. They have a nice music selection and I never have to wait long for my order. 😁

This is the only place where I am willing to buy my coffee. Delicious drinks, and always willing to customize. Really warm service. When the owner is around, he's working behind the counter, too! Great ambience for meetings, working solo, or just to sit at a window and "get away." I love this business.

Nia is very professional. She treats her customers well and she’s by her self. She greets every customer. Ask about rewards and prepare food in a timely manner. She definitely deserves some recognition.

The format is similar to Starbucks. They serve good coffee. They have wifi. A place where you can go, have coffee, work on your computer or have undisturbed conversation with another person. Polite staff. I recommend this place when you want to take a break, relax and regroup.

I love this neighborhood coffee shop. Always great fresh coffee and tempting bakery items! Love the views and music is always on point! Staff is also friendly!

53rd St location and Barista (Charese, maybe?) was very warm and professional! She had good suggestions and before I left made sure that my drink was to my liking (she added a bit more milk making my honey vanilla latte perfect!) Her friendly and accommodating attitude will ensure that I return, even though that means going a little bit out of my way! I visited the 43rd St location about a week ago, and also had a really good experience.

Really wanted to like this place but I have barely been satisfied when coming here. Many times my orders have been messed up and the customer service when fixing the order is not great at all.

I think there needs to be more staff training to make sure there is a better customer service experience.

Today I got hung up on when asking for a refund for my order. She did process the refund but why did she hang up on me after telling me to hold on?

Beautiful location and absolutely lovely ambiance. Great customer service with freshly prepared orders. I had the kiwi pear hot green tea which was so delicious and relaxing. I sat and talked for hours. I look forward to my return.
