Popped in for a cortado. The staff is wonderful. The coffee is excellent.

Cute, little spot!
The person at the counter was friendly and helpful. I wanted oat milk with my mocha, which they didn't have but they did have dairy, soy, almond, and cashew. When I chose almond, they told me if I wanted a foamy froth, it would be better to choose soy or cashew milk. That's the kind of advice I like to get! My cashew milk mocha was delicious.
They also have a nice selection of GF vegan treats by Defloured (the whoopie pies!), as well as a nice and buttery pain au chocolat, among the viennoiseries. The coffee is Dark Matter and the treats look like they come from Cellar Door but not 100% sure about that.
It's a cute space but seating is limited. The couch is actually comfy. I spent at least an hour on it, watching the snow storm come down.
Finally, the bathroom is nice and clean. I appreciate when establishments maintain a clean restroom.

Kind staff, easy menu, beans available for grind, and an open layout to enjoy the natural light. Always a good stop! There is a gender neutral bathroom and books for kids to read while you enjoy your coffee: bonus points.

Best specialty latte I’ve ever had (The Sippy Cup — it has ginger?!) and amazing pastries. Extremely friendly staff, and their Covid precautions are top notch.

I rated one star due to costumer service at least being nice. As a coffee lover, I love to visit coffee shops and every time I come to this coffee stop it’s just disappointing. The first time that I went, I bought a vanilla latte and it tasted like burnt expresó. I asked for another one and it was made again but tasted no different. I decided to go once again and again disappointing. I ordered a mocha latte and I left realizing that it was just a regular latte. I wanted to go back and tell the barista to do it again but I thought it was no use. Sure! Why complain? Don’t plan on coming back!

One of my favorite coffee shops in Andersonville / Ravenswood. They sell a regular rotation of Dark Matter coffee. They brew and sell bags of Dark Matter. Chill vibe and some tasty pastries (they even carry gluten free treats from Defloured). Great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and get some work done or meet a friend.

Ridman's is a nice neighborhood coffee spot. The coffee's good, the treats are tasty, and the wifi speed is sufficient for working. I usually walk - parking seems like it might be tricky. Arrive early for a choice seat.

Great coffee, love the staff, very friendly and open. It's like going to a friend's place for coffee. They also have unusual and delicious coffee creations like the Sippy Cup (latte with real maple syrup) and the Chaider (spiced chai mixed with hot apple cider).
