Loved the look and design of the place. Coffee was delicious and not too sweet. Nice staff

**Update 7/27/21: They've since refunded my coffee and were actually quite prompt. They are really a great coffee shop, highly recommend!

I purchased a 16 ounce cold brew from the state Street location on July 22. As I drank the coffee, I heard a rattling at the bottom of my cup. I looked underneath and saw that there was a small piece of metal in the coffee, as can be seen in the picture. I called today to speak with a manager, and the barista who answered the phone hurriedly let me know that the manager wasn’t present at the moment and actually would NOT be for the whole day. I am disappointed that this happened especially because I purchase coffee here a lot and actually enjoy their shop. I hope management sees this and responds accordingly because it really is unacceptable, not to mention a huge health/safety issue.

This drink is too addictive!!! Definitely good on a hot summer day. Thanks Momentum staff!

My favorite coffee place, hands down! They know my order and myself/my husband when we come in and are the kindest people. The owner and all of the baristas are phenomenal. So grateful to have them in the South Loop!!

Excellent chicken sausage egg and cheese croissant, and their lattes and mango smoothie was delish! Staff was very friendly!

South loop's best coffeeshop for getting work done. Momentum is a spacious cafe serving really good coffee and delicious pastries (those donuts... dude). The internet is fast and reliable such that you can easily host Zoom meetings there. In the back room there's an open, airy room with tables and chairs where you can host socially-distanced events. I got to know the owner and some of her friends and family that work there and, idk, my day is all-the-more productive in that environment.

I was just there today and I'm really impressed. The staff and owner were super sweet! My coffee place to go to when I'm in the area making deliveries. Thank you! I ordered an ice tea this time :)

I’ve been meaning to try this spot for a while and came by as they were closing shop - the owner and staff were so friendly and warm and they went out of their way to hook me up with a cold brew even though they were technically closed. Thanks for brightening my day and the DELICIOUS coffee, it was so good! Next time we’ll come before 3 :)

Great drinks + food. I tried the iced caramel macchiato & a yummy breakfast sandwich.

The staff was very nice/welcoming. Will definitely be back again. :)
