Momentum Coffee

Stopped here on my quest to try new black owners businesses around the city and I'm so glad I did! The baristas were so so nice (shout-out to Kiya and Nicole) and the latte was delicious. They've even got a cool event space in the back you can't rent out. Can't wait to come back :)

No signs for order or pick-up. My first time there. Standing there awhile. Someone stated they thought I ordered. I said my first time here. They told me to come down to the other end. Signs would be helpful!

Located right behind the millennial park/cloud gate. Kind service. Good food. Good place to stop by for a bite. Loved their almond crossaint <3 yummy smoothies!

The best coffee in Chicago hands down!! Their frozen mocha is one of my favorites along with other countless options! Not only is the coffee the best, they have the best staff and super cute vibe! Like they always say #keepthemomentum! I highly recommend making this your go to coffee spot!

The coffee is super good, and I had the chicken sausage with egg and cheese on a croissant. Worth every calorie!

Friendly people, fresh coffee, and relaxing outdoor seating. Baristas are a traditionally friendly bunch, but this folks take it to the next level. Still, they conveniently get out of your hair and let you relax in their calm and clean environment.

I visited Chicago last week and had the distinct pleasure of visiting Momentum Coffee. What an experience! The space was captivating! The coffee was smooth, hot and tasty.

I had a Matcha Latte with oat milk and an almond croissant. The almond croissants are like no other. There is almonds filler and paste through each bite! It's not just a hollow croissant with a little almond paste. I tried my friend chicken sausage and egg croissant. Also delicious!

In all the experience was great. Took a Matcha to go!

It was my first coffeehouse experience in Chicago! Won't be my last.

Love the staff and atmosphere! Good coffee + tea and I highly recommend! My favorite drink at the moment is the Chili mango lemonade tea.

Ordered a iced matcha latte, and it tasted like straight up whole milk, tasted nothing like matcha ! Worst thing I have ever ordered at a coffee shop! Save your selves from going here !

Momentum Coffee is a great little spot. It is conveniently located right by a green line stop for those who want to grab something on the go.
They offer a simple selection of food and drinks. I ordered a sandwich and a chai latte. Both were delicious and very reasonably priced.
I stayed and worked. Wifi connection was strong, music was nice without being overpowering, and plenty of seating options with outlet access.
Everyone was extremely friendly and seemed genuinely kind.
I will definitely visit again :)
