I’ve loved seeing La Malinche continue to grow over the past couple years and it’s easily become my go-to coffee/breakfast spot. I absolutely love their iced lattes and infused teas. They also recently started making their own juices, which are delicious. For food, I always opt for the Breakfast Bagel and Turkey Pesto sandwiches, but I need to definitely keep trying new ones because they’re all amazing. I also love the energy/vibe of La Malinche and always look forward to coming in and being welcomed as part of a community ❤️

This place is fabulous. The Dirty Abuelita is my favorite (espresso and hot chocolate). All the paninis are great. And the paninis are crispy, melty, and filling.
It’s got a great vibe for talking, working, and eavesdropping (sorry to the guy whose potential date turned out to be a douche!) the owner is usually there, and the pride he takes in the place really shows. Definitely a place to treasure.

I love this cafe, the staff is incredibly friendly and the food is great! They have one of the best matches I've ever had.

Came in a Sunday mid morning and the cubano was tasty. The ambiance is nice. I ordered a vanilla latte as well but my sandwich came first and I had to go to the counter 26 min after ordering to get my latte and it was missing the vanilla. I am a patient person but it did take nearly 30 to get my coffee and I had to go ask for it

What a gem! Great food and service. Try the tomato mozzarella and pesto crepe or the Brie apple and prosciutto panini 😍 I’ll def be back (often).

This has become my go to coffee shop in Pilsen. Still love jumping bean and others but combination of great coffee, food, and actual seating outs this one at top! The staff and owner are great and very welcoming. Been the ideal place to meet friends or customers for work.

I initially found this coffee shop appealing due to the image of Our Lady of Guadalupe on the wall. However, my perception changed after a morally objectionable event was held there and my subsequent interaction with the owner.
When I voiced my concerns about the event, the owner responded dismissively, sharing an article that misinterpreted Our Lady of Guadalupe as a pagan goddess and mocked my faith.
Given this experience, I would caution fellow Christians, and anyone for whom their faith is important, to consider whether they want to support an establishment that does not respect their beliefs. Based on my interactions, this coffee shop does not align with those who hold their faith dear.

Malinche feels like home away from home! This spot has yummy drinks - I recommend the café de olla (hot or iced), the horchata lattes, the dirty abuelita (Mexican hot chocolate with a shot of espresso), and the tisanes (herbal and fruit infusions, similar to herbal tea). Hector and Yvette, the owners, make sure that service is consistently kind and attentive. The cozy atmosphere, good music, and reliable wifi make this the perfect place to work remotely! And the fact that this spot is named after a Nahua (Indigenous) historical figure, which is also the name of a volcano I lived by growing up, makes this spot extra special!

The service here is great! Pictured are the apple brie & horchata latte. My only complaint is that the horchata latte was overly sweet.

Such a cute place! We arrived straight from the airport, tired from a busy morning, and this place was just what we needed! The friendly staff, warm atmosphere, cute decor, delicious cafe de olla and paninis hit the spot. Check it out!
