This place has such a happy vibe! Feels like home the moment you walk in.
We tried their especial coffees, and La Zaria crepes with cherry ice cream. Very unique flavors!

Awesome spot. We came here on a whim and honestly we’ve been coming back ever since. Decor is nice, drinks are good (get the dirty Abuelita drink), and food is bomb. Crepes were a bit hard to cut into but the flavor was there.
Support local! It’s the bomb!

Hate to do this but here's my feedback. Love your coffee shop and your pastries are awesome...time for the bad news.

Long wait times and your coffee is burned to a crisp, asked about tea options and it was a bummer, it wasn't ready or had any brewed. If I had to compare my experience to that of jumping bean, they win. Fast, good coffee, and they brew their teas overnight. That's a winning combination. Same with kristoffs cafe, just fast and good coffee.

Love the decor of your shop but the service is lacking and you need some help to keep up.

Very homely vibe with good coffee and good food. We had the Cubano panini and La zarza (crepes) for food and a cajeta latte and a cafe de olla for drink. Cafe de olla is now my new favorite way to drink coffee.

Very nice baristas and prompt service. Will definitely visit again.

Nice, laid-back cafe with good selection of coffee drinks, food, and dessert options. The friendly gentleman at the counter gave me an overview of the menu. Cafe de olla was great, and I normally take my coffee black. Looking forward to returning and trying the rest of the menu

Such a cute coffee shop.
Ample of street parking around.

Fast WiFi.

And a variety of crepes and panini’s to try from.

I would suggest to sit and have a coffee in their in-house mug- which is a beauty.

It’s a relaxing environment.

Very chill, and the food was delicious. I had the breakfast bagel and dirty abuelita coffee. The coffee came in a beautiful mug 🥰 great music as well.

Flew into Chicago on a early mor ing flight and first stop to warm up was La Malinche Coffee & Tea House....

Cute shop and great vibes and even better eats and morning drinks ..

Decided on the following items.

Green Chilaquiles with fried eggs basically delicious breakfast nachos
.. so damn yummy ... fried eggs, fried tortilla chips, tomatillo green salsa, sour cream, cotija cheese and onions.

Dirty Abuelita is your mexican chocolate Abuelita with espresso shots.

So rich and warm and reminds you of Abuelita making hot chocolate over the stove in a pot

Guava punch artisan Fruit Tea is a blend of dehydrated fruits, flowers and tea so refreshing

Definitely stop by this cute place and enjoy some good coffee and breakfast.

Absolutely enjoyed this place!! It was my first time here after eyeing the place for months and it did not disappoint. I had the chocolate abuelita which was not bad but needed a bit more of sugar for my taste along with a Cubano sandwich which was amazing. My partner is vegetarian and ordered the Casanova which he praised as well! The space is a bit small but tends to move quickly so there's always seating. Staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable.

Im sorry to say that I think everything is too expensive for what it is. Previously I had a coffee I thought was overpriced, and today decided to give the food a go anyway. Ordered the turkey panini sandwich for $10. It was very small for the price. 3 little slices of Turkey, that’s not enough protein for my lunch. And the turkey was not high quality.
