The coffee here is great. What I love about Bridgeport Coffeehouse are the four separate rooms to sit in on the first floor. There are two large rooms, and two small rooms. All of them filled with tables and chairs. It makes for a great place to read, study, or converse.

Come for the coffee! Bridgeport Coffeehouse brews their own wonderful locally roasted coffee. They offer soups and sandwiches, pastries, bagels for breakfast and lunch. They have free WiFi, and a quieter back room for those who wish to study. My kids love the steamed milk and honey!

I love coming here. If I lived closer I’d be a regular instead of just coming a couple of times a year. Coffee is amazing and atmosphere is just what you’d expect in a non commercial coffee house. Mismatched chairs and tables just add to the ambience.

This place has the best coffee in Chicago! Their breakfast sandwiches are amazing as well. You can read or do work or meet up with friends there and feel comfortable staying as long as you need.

Ill save time and say that my friends and I are coffee snobs. After months of drinking two of our cities biggest gourmet shops/roasters I found Bridgeport Coffee. It is my opinion and taste that the single origin beans sold at this shop are the best Ive ever had. Prices are a little high but well worth it. I dont go anywhere else now.

The coffeehouse had a very beautiful amount of natural light flowing in very minimalistic open vide. I had a cappuccino and chocolate pitscottie it was a little soft ...I like a really crunchy pitscottie but the flavor was still there my friend had the blueberry muffin and she say it was delicious so there go get your cup of Joe

Great coffee and delicious food in a great setting. You can grab a cup of coffee and relax for a while, or take a bag of one of their special coffees to enjoy at home. (Try both.) It’s great to have a thriving independent business anchoring this “Morgan Street Corridor” (Morgan between 31st and 35th).

Great place to get a breakfast sandwich. It was very tasty and fresh. They are relatively fast and quick. You can sit outside and eat it too

Popped in here on recommendation from our Air BnB host. The coffee (Americano) was good and strong. Just to my liking. We had a bagel, a wrap and a roll. All were good (if not spectacular). The interior still has original late 19th century? ceiling. Staff were good.
