The Falefel Friday was great and my beef eating husband enjoyed the Comfort Bowl made with soy sausage. Also Wild Cuban coffee and hot chocolate made from scratch was a hit along with key lime pie and a blackberry with lemon curd piece of cheesecake was over the top. We will return when in area.

Very happy with the service and friendliness of the staff. I've been on a date here a couple of times, and always have a great experience. The menu is pretty good, and very vegetarian friendly. They also take COVID restrictions seriously, and while don't their best to make your visit as comfortable as possible. I especially love the large gas lamps they roll out, if you wish to eat in their outdoor patio area.

When I first moved to Carbondale I ate every meal here for 10 days. I'm originally from the DC area and have travelled extensively in the U.S. and I've never eaten food at a restaurant as good as this and with such a friendly and professional atmosphere. The food is REAL FOOD, ya'll. No weird oils. Or frozen vegetables that are over-microwaved. I never feel sick after eating here, unlike most other restaurants...And the baked goods are to die for! Real ingredients: butter, flour, sugar. Not partially hydrogenated margarine and high fructose corn syrup.
But the food is not the best part. I love the vibes. Truly a diverse place that accepts all kinds :-)

If your trying to find for a vegetarian/vegan place to eat, then this is the place to go! There's alot to choose from on their menu and they have vegan sweets also. Will come back again soon! 😉

My family and I have been going to the Longbranch for 15 years. The food not only tastes great it is healthy. The owners are great and we have became friends with several members of the staff throughout the years. It's like having lunch with family everytime we go.
