Longbranch Cafe & Bakery

Longbranch is by far my wife's favorite place to meet up with a friend or two and grab some good, in flavor, ingredients, and nutrition, food! We are no vegetarians but we have enjoyed anything we try off the menu at Longbranch, from their coffee selection, to their dining, and of course their bakery goods. Today I enjoyed the huevos rojos (red eggs). It included egg whites (per my request), red salsa, black beans, cheddar cheese, corn tortillas, cilantro and avocado.Absolutely delicious and a great brunch meal!

Elaine made sure i wouldn't have to celebrate my birthday without a cake. She took it on herself to bake a Keto cake for me 😍 Thank you so much, it is absolutely delicious!!! Besides, the coffee there is to die for!!

Slow service, ok food. The salad I ordered did not come with avocado as stated on the menu and they charge $1.50-$2 for soy/almond milk - the highest I have ever seen.

OK, I just had the gluten-free chocolate cake, and it's out of this world! Get it in cupcakes and cakes.

The Longbranch is one of my main go to's. I love their pecan rolls, the Ninja - how can you go wrong with biscuits & gravy, two eggs and some veggies for only $12. I like to support local restaurants, especially since the pandemic. They have two of the best cooks in town, quick turnaround meals, and incredibly talented bakers! Love it!

One of my favourite stops when I'm in Carbondale. Great coffee, baked goods and vegetarian deliciousness(even if you're not vegetarian!). Locally sourced and locally owned, community oriented and a hub of the downtown. Not to be missed if you're visiting.

I love Alayna's cakes the most 💜 and the sensitive options they have for both food and desert.

Visited on a whim, and so glad! The cucumber soup was delicious, and the Buddha bowl was flavorful and filling. I just wish I'd had room for their desserts which looked incredible! Appreciated finding a restaurant that was friendly to dietary restrictions (specifically GF).

Amazing vegetarian cuisine, super friendly staff, beautiful artwork for sale, and all in a comfortable setting. Even during the weekend rush of the 2017 Eclipse the food was fast and delicious. Don't miss it!
