UPDATE: It is now Tuesday, 4/28/20 and I have still not received my order so I called yet again and this time I was on hold 24 minutes (at least that improved!). I am so ticked off about the order not arriving that when I called, I canceled the order. I will NEVER order from Barnes & Noble again, but instead if I cannot find what I am looking for in the store (yes, I will go in person to B&N) then I will order from Amazon or somewhere else.

I ordered a book online Friday 4/17/20 and paid extra for the 2-3 day delivery. After not receiving nor them contacting me I finally called today and after nearly 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone my call dropped. I called back and had to wait 41 minutes before someone answered. I just checked my order status (since I called this morning and the status was pending) and now imagine that, the book has finally been shipped, but estimated time of recieving it next Tuesday, 4/27/20. Barnes & Noble should either express ship it or refund my shipping charge. Next time I will use Amazon to order a book. Oh and this book was to be a birthday present and the birthday was yesterday.

I tend to thoroughly enjoy the staff at this location, but currently in the Starbucks Café there is a barista (I’m not sure of her name but she has purple hair) who is supposed to be training her partner but is the rudest barista I’ve ever seen work here. She’s loud and obnoxious, and when her trainee makes a mistake she’s extremely cocky and overbearing.

What can I say..books and more books. Nice staff

Nice store :) . I found the Bible I wanted. Nice coffee shop inside :). Workers were attentive and helpful. I end up becoming member and getting all 3 children enrolled also.

I have always loved this. I remember a place called Borders lol. But its a cool place where you can sit read and have some coffee and tea. They don't rush you or kick you out...just relaxe with a good book for hours.

Barnes & Noble is a great bookstore. Occasionally they do something for children, ie. one time they did a little workshop where the kids went in and built a little Lego like person and got a certificate for participating. My 2 youngest kids enjoyed it while I took pics and my sister enjoyed a cup of coffee and some reading.

Staff extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. Kudos to the lady who assisted an elderly lady to jump her car!! I just love seeing people helping others out in need!!

Barnes and Noble is a great place to look at books and kill time! It is a little pricey so I only buy for special occasions and if I get a gift card/discount. The shipping is fast and ordering online is easy.

Their cafe staff is great and always takes care of me. Management fixes any problems very swiftly and well. They're always quick to order anything they don't have in stock.
