This location pretty frequently can't make coffee (I've come here four times in the past two months and have been told they can't make/sell coffee).

I ordered a glazed donut at noon, it wasn't hot at all. I may as well have gone to the store to buy it. The glazed donut fresh and hot is the best. I dont know why they dont keep them warm on the conveyor belt.

Terrible service at window. Told us they dont have fresh donuts, that they were made a couple hours ago, so my family and I said well we can get lattes, they said their machine was broke. So we asked for iced coffee, they then said no iced coffee available. They either have lazy employees or broken store. Sadly wont come back...ever.

Got there about 10 minutes before 5 pm. Was told I would have to wait 10 minutes for fresh doughnuts, even though no one was in the establishment and there were already plenty of fresh doughnuts ready to be packed. The girl at the counter needs a first-class lesson in customer service, because the concept seemed completely foreign to her. I won't be back.

☆ Okay, so today Friday/ July 19th,2019 - it is Krispy Kreme's Birthday, I even got this delightful email with this really pretty celebratory photo of the special Birthday Donuts, Basically - a glazed donut with white cream filling decorated with a lovely strawberry flavored pink icing and colorful sprinkles --> an actual Birthday celebration donut....The deal was buy a dozen - get another dozen for $1.00, sounds like a great deal - right? Well we will not ever know how they were....because - not only were they totally O-U-T of the very special 'Birthday donuts' - they only had a total of about 6 or 7 styles left, the regular round donuts filed with white cream were out , as were most all the other types. After my bill totaled $25.67 - after tax....My family of 8 was to say the least - unhappy. SUGGESTION KRISPY KREME --> IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY,IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY --> FIRST OF ALL MAKE 100% CERTAIN YOU HAVE THE PRODUCTS TO COVER YOUR BIRTHDAY BASH.....SECOND -- MORE STAFF ON HAND TO HELP YOUR CELEBRATION ROLE OUT THOSE CELEBRATORY BURTHDAY DONUTS AS WELL AS ALL THE OTHERS....If I had a balloon --> it would've popped from sadness. 😥
☆☆☆☆☆☆It's just so much fun to watch the donuts getting made, kids loved it. Everyone who works there is just so friendly and patient.Definately recommend stopping by , you will not regret a nice freshly made donut

I’ve always loved krispy kreme but I was very disappointed when I went on my birthday. I was signed up for the rewards program and told I could get a free donut and coffee for my birthday. However, when I went my email wouldn’t show up (totally not krispey kreme’s fault i’m sure) but the girl working drive thru was SO rude (she had long dark hair I think). So, I ended up just buying the donut after she slammed the window in my face. VERY disappointed this was not a good start to my birthday.

My mom had an email deal that they baited and switched on us tonight. The drive thru person told us exactly how to order it, and then the computer apparently couldn't accept the code and they refused to do any sort of discount on it. If a franchise can't honor the deals that is sent via email, we should have been told that at the drive thru speaker, and not being pressured to buy everything at full price, which was not advertised. I personally don't want Krispy and I am hoping this has changed my mom's heart on Krispy

Much improved experience compared to the last time we stopped here. Competent and helpful employees. We used a coupon from email, and even though there appears to be an issue with the scanner, the cashier planned ahead to find a workaround.
Donuts we're all fresh. They are noteably smaller in size than those at Hy-Vee, while still providing a good taste and texture.
There were no Bavarian Cream filled donuts to be found, which makes the one we picked up at HyVee a bit more precious. This surprised me, as I had been hoping to compare, for reference, but not a deal breaker.
The Fall special donuts we're all out, and for us they were just overboard on colored icing and candied goop. We tried the Trick Or Treat donut, and the Pumpkin Spice cake donut... And neither did much for any of us. The upcharge for the extra icing/toppings is $.30 per seasonal donut. We would skip them if we got back while they were still available.
Powdered lemon-filled donut, and Raspberry-filled donut we're both well flavored and contained a substantial amount of filling. Not super-ultimate in filling quality but nothing to complain about either. Much much better than other places.

The best donuts ever! They just melt in your mouth. There is no Krispy Kreme in my town so everytime I pass through I stop and get 2 dozens.

There is no Krispy Kreme in Champaign/Urbana so when travel to Peoria to see family or have plans in Bloomington I always stop by and get some donuts. Always enjoy the donuts, have never had a stale one yet. The other day we stopped by after having lunch to sit down , have a donut and coffee and chat, and what do you know the light was on. Free fresh hot donut for us all. Nice idea to sell your donuts. Not much beats a fresh hot donut off the line.
