Traveled five hundred miles for our annual KK only to have to wait in the drive through line and find out they did not have glazed donuts and would take another 45 minutes. We were not able to wait given that we were traveling through to meet family. Quite the disappointment.

Well I was a little disappointed that there isn't any local krispy kreme locations. I had to travel 45 mins to get there . I thought there were more flavors than 12. It would have been a better experience if I could have went in and chose the ones I wanted. They didnt even have the ones I wanted on the menu. They wasnt fresh either. I won't be back. Guess I'll try another location when I get that taste for some .

For cheerleading we do a yearly fundraiser sometimes twice a year and we sell Krispy Kreme. This is unfortunately our first problem with Bloomingtons location. We had of 300 dozen to pick up was supposed to have them done around 9am today and it’s 1:30 and we’re still waiting! We aren’t close either it’s about a 2.5 hour drive. Very disappointed!

I only go here when l have a coupon a dozen donuts are $14.99 l think that's too much money for donuts. The donuts are good l am just cheap

Twice in 3 mos I've had a lemon filled and both times the filling tasted moldy. The creme filled were ok but the Reese's tasted like a week old donut and had my daughter gagging. Used to be much better

Honestly no complaints. Krispy Kreme has always great, fresh and delicious doughnuts. I ordered online and they had my order ready right on time. I will say though, make sure to eat the doughnuts pretty quick. After about the 3rd day they aren't very good.

Manager wouldn't price match online order and was very rude. He was complaining on how short staff they were. Instead of price adjusting of $4 he kept the 3 dozen donuts we ordered. Poor customer service.

Luv this location because it's the closest one too Wisconsin. Fresh all the time. Visit this location twice within 48 hours. Cashier not so friendly at the drive thru window but donuts worth hour in half drive. 😋

Loved to donuts!!!!! Hated my service😡😡drove 2hrs away to get them & told them I drove from outta town to get the donuts & asked if I could get the one's from the back but got an attitude instead
