Krispy Kreme

We order a dozen twice a year or so. They are always stale. Got a dozen tonight. Stale! When you first opened years ago they were NEVER stale.
Also, why did you replace your glazed cream filled with a ring donut with cream in the ring? Not a good change. But would be satisfied with fresh donuts! Ticks me off to pay 12.06 for a dozen of tiny STALE donuts. No thanks! Will go elsewhere for our bi-annual donut fix.

I travel 1x a week (Sunday)...ok more... just to pick up as many as I can to spread the delicious joy with friends & family...ok mostly for ME☺️🤣

Was disappainted could not go inside to be served. Granddaughter with me wanted to see how donuts were made but unable to. Drive Through window slowVery long wait time

We stopped at Krispy Kreme on our way home last Saturday night and I felt like we were being a huge inconvenience to the cashier who was mopping, then had to stop to wait on us. She had a very rude and unfriendly manner about her. I understand everyone has bad days, but put you can still be respectful and professional with your customers. And we were very friendly with her.

Ordered 2 cinnamon sugar donuts that were listed on the menu. I was told that the flavor was discontinued. The gentleman taking my ordered cut me off as I began to ask a question, “how many donuts do you want sir” I advised him none due to his attitude and pulled out of the line. Understanding it was fairly busy, I didn’t deserve his attitude. Next time take items off the menu when they’re not available or have whoever is taking orders advise the customers.

I'll give this location 5 Stars for the coffee, -2 Stars for the chocolate-covered cream filled donut image will be of what I got compared to what I'm used to from Krispy Kreme!

Kids love the donuts! So does my hubby! A dozen sure doesn't seem to last long!
We went thru the drive thru and the man taking the order was very patient with us as we customized our dozens! He was also the person taking the payment, and he was very friendly.

Excellent donuts.. specially the glazed ones.. exceptional if you eat it warm at the store.. fresh out of the fryer..

Very disappointed that they are no longer keeping the cream filled originals stocked regularly.

We drive an hour and a half each way to pick up doughnuts for a fundraiser once a month. Long story, but the store was having machine issues, major staffing issues, and an all around bad morning. We had to wait a while to get our complete order, but the supervisor/ manager checked on us occasionally to be sure we were OK. Offered us drinks, etc. Very upbeat considering her situation. Could have told us they were unable to fulfill our offer, but came up with a solution/ substitution.
