Love this Place. And my kids too. Delicious fresh hot donuts and great prices. My kids love the baby mini donuts and the free hats

Good but, keeps getting smaller! These are not mini donuts!! I repeat not mini's!The incredibly shrinking donut!! These donuts are getting smaller and smaller, but still somehow manage to still fit inside the box! Look at these tiny donuts!!! I guess it's a good thing because I personally don't need to eat them. I could stand to miss a donut 🍩 or 2, but come on now!! These babies aren't cheap. Thank goodness it was a sale.

First visit to this location, but very experienced with KK doughnuts. We ordered a dozen and half-way through eating one, realized it wasn’t fully cooked — which is why it tasted strange. Discarded the remainder of the doughnuts. Everyone (adults & children) who attempted to eat one ended up not feeling well. :( Very disappointing.

So you can't go inside at the moment (3/19/2023), not sure why... So, there was a crazy long line. The donuts definitely work thou.

Haven’t had Krispy Kreme donuts in literal years. Had another errand to run but saw the store and decided to come back to it after the Errand. Pulled right up, no wait in the drive-thru. Was immediately helped. Waited less than 3 minutes to get our order and pay. It was SUPER quick! I absolutely love KK Donuts! Wish we had one in or closer to Champaign!

Loved how the glazed wasn't so thick like the other ones are. Hope to try others next time but would like to hear the price before we get to the window to pay for it.

Why do dashers have to wait 20min in drive. I can see my orders and I can't get it. We are not paid by hr. I guess I'll be skipping here then. Good luck.

Super disappointing wasted visit. Employees refused to unlock door at 910am, so another customer let me in. Donuts were all deformed and ruined coming off the line. Employees refused to wait on or even greet me and other customers.

Donuts are amazing as usual. The theme ones are great! The issue I have is with this location’s (Bloomington-Normal, IL) staff. We have gone there about a dozen times and each time we are given attitude and leave feeling like we were a bother to the staff. Such a shame cause donuts are a universal happy food and I don’t leave feeling very happy!
