Newport Coffee House

One of the few places you can go to get a real French press coffee, it's quaint, nice, I see myself coming here more often, especially to do some work. The staff was really friendly and knowledgable. Great first experience can't wait to come back again!!

Great service and espresso! Suggestion to owner: full espresso service with a small glass of seltzer water would really complete the experience. 😉

Clean and modern shop with a great selection of specialty coffee from around the world, roasted in house (literally in the same room). Great selection of brewing gear as well.

A lovely comfortable coffee house. Owners and staff are top notch. Pastries are to die for even if you are on a diet! Shhh...don't tell my stomach. A must see place.

Ordered medium cappuccino and received some foamy latte. The espresso tasted burned. Nowhere near the quality you get at the Intelligentsia shop in Chicago or at Coffe Lab in Evanston.

Great place for coffee and snacks... they have healthy options as well as tasty sugary treats... the place is clean and staff is friendly... on Fridays they have Fika as well... usually closes by 5 PM on most weekdays.

First visit. Great coffee and yummy muffins and cookies. Very customer centric staff member. Will be back.

Great coffee and peach scone

I love their coffee! This stop gives me the strength each day not to appear before a judge in manacles, a straight jacket, and a full muzzle.

Good coffee, decent shop. A few tables. Not quite cozy; not quite classy. But a reasonable alternative to big corporate coffee shops.
