Fantastic coffee shop. Stopped in for a simple mug of coffee and the wife had a Mocha. We were pleased to have option to not be served in disposable cups. The drip coffee and the mocha were both top notch and though we did not have any food while visiting the pastries looked fantastic and will have to plan to partake when we return next.

Very pleasantly surprised by both the quality of the espresso drinks and the pain au chocolat here. in fact all the bakes goods look excellent. Looks like a good palace to get work done on weekdays too: plentiful table space and a few outlets too.

Newport has a variety of beans and roasts. They roast their coffees on site. I've purchased my coffee for home from there for almost two years and have always been satisfied. I especially like their Kenya AA. Furthermore, Newport is a peaceful, relaxing environment in which to stay and enjoy a cup or two. The service is always on point and personable, yet low key; I have never felt rushed or upsold like at a chain. I work near Newport Coffee House; if I lived nearby you would find me there far more often.

Incredible, above and beyond service, extremely friendly. Their espresso machine was down at the time so they could not offer the products, but they were so courteous to offer lattes after the fact when it was up and running. Wonderful atmosphere!

Indie coffee houses in the suburbs are less common that in the city.. fortunately, some do exist and provide the same quality craft experience. One of my faves in the north shore.

Don't listen to the reviewer who said it's closed, it isn't! I was just there last week! Newport has the freshest and most delicious coffee I've ever had. They roast coffee in store, which makes it smell wonderful, and the lattes are really good too. The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable.

A locally owned coffee shop in a town that I have never heard of before, but my visit here was better than expected! The atmosphere was welcoming and the people at the counter were friendly. I ordered a cafe mocha and a cinnamon raisin bagel w/butter. Both were great and it appears that they do an awesome job with their other drinks as well. My only con was a lack of space near outlets (lack of outlets in general). The counters were small, so it was difficult to sit and get work done, while being plugged in. The tables are large, but there is no nearby power source. Wifi is good, even though it is not listed (at the time of this post) on the google site.

Even though I came here in the colder months, they do have an outside patio if you come around in the spring/summer.

Perfect Coffee... This is a place to enjoy art and taste together.

As any nursing student would know, the key to a successful study day starts with the perfect cup of coffee...and I just found my new favorite study place! Perfectly delicious non-fat latte, perfectly splendid baristas, and perfectly pleasant atmosphere, need I say more??
