I have NEVER had a bad experience at Kneaders. The food is always nice and fresh, the sandwiches are never drenched in toppings and sauce. It is a great place for a sweet treat, a light lunch, or a delicious loaf of fresh bread. Love it!!

Placed an online order this morning. There are signs outside that direct you to text from your parking spot & the workers will supposedly bring your order out to you. We did this & waited, but our order was not brought out, so we went inside & stood underneath the sign that said “online order pick-up”. We were ignored by the 3 employees who were standing around, so we walked to the register. We picked up our order & went back to our vehicle. We then noticed that we had no silverware or napkins, so we had to go back inside. Food was cold & not great. Not an impressive experience.

Club sandwich with meat is great. Thai Chicken Salad also great. Planet Peach Smoothie average. Price is good for the meal you get. Service through the drive through was pleasant and faster than I thought it would be and the employees were also very pleasant. Overall my first visit to Kneaders was a very nice visit and will return.

I love their soup in the bread bowl and the price was excellent! My son had a sandwich and said it was amazing! Will definitely go back to try more stuff! They have a great menu and a beautiful selection of desserts! Happy New Year's Day 2020! Almost a year since I 1st ate at Kneaders! Have had the French dip, which is amazing! All the soups I've had are awesome! Desserts are out of this world! You can't go wrong here! Chai tea, coffee etc... They have it all & it's all great!

We love kneaders and only eat here rarely because there are none by our house. We currently never eat out unless we have to because of being on the road, this is due to an infant allergy that goes through breast milk. The allergy is not a common allergen so we need the ingredient list. The website says to ask for the ingredient list and a manager will provide it. We asked and the tone went flat and supposedly she got the list, we were told no to the ingredient but happened to ask a probing question then the worker admitted eventually she just didn’t know. I had to ask again are you looking at the ingredient list? “No.” We were told the food that for us is an allergen wasn’t in the bread when in fact she had no idea. This seems trivial to people who haven’t experienced allergies but it’s not okay to do. Just say you can’t tell them, not no when it’s not no. We know it’s annoying so we never eat out for the inconvenience on staff and on us, and safety, and only because there, at this point, doesn’t seem to be a risk for anaphylaxis. Although repeated exposure increases the risk. Please train your staff on the policies listed on your website and on the importance of customer service and transparency when someone is asking about ingredients. People can then make informed decisions about what they can or cannot eat and where they can eat. We can through on 9/8 at 3:20. I have been to places where they just quickly and straightforwardly tell you the ingredients and they are happy to have a paying customer.
Food quality: The ciabatta was overdone as was the turkey. Unfortunate because it’s usually so good at kneaders. Not sure about this particular location.

The "panini" I got was just stale bread with soggy chicken (barely enough to consider it a real sandwich. Same with my daughters Peanut butter & jelly sandwich, it looked like it was made earlier in the day and was soggy...luckily I don't live here so now I never have to come back. And you shouldn't come here either. 1 star because at least it was edible...at least.

I had never heard of this chain before but went in and checked it out. Very nice restaurant, great setting with the fireplace. The bread was fresh and the sandwich and soup were great. Portion sizes were big which was great. I'll definitely go back.

This place is awesome. Halle greeted us with such warmth and charm. The pastries are amazing! We had soups, breads, sandwiches and pastries! Everything was delicious. Great vibe and nice place to grabs eats! I will definitely return again soon and I definitely recommend! Side note: they have tons of samples for you to help decide 😋

The food is superb. My staff and I love ordering it for work meetings and other occasions. The only thing I dock them for is their accuracy with our orders. I have yet to pick up an order for work and find when I get back to the office that everything is in the bag. There so far has always been something missing, but it is never missing on the receipt. They are extremely nice and apologetic when this happens, but I don't always have the time to drive back in for the missing item. My recommendation: absolutely eat there, but review your order before you leave.
