Kneaders Bakery & Cafe

Food was okay. Had the turkey cranberry sunflower salad which consisted of mostly lettuce. My friend had a turkey avocado bacon sandwich which consisted mainly of bread with all the good stuff only in the middle of the sandwich. Then we ordered desserts which required a second request to receive them because half of the employees were on break, the cashier was visiting with her friend and speed is not this restaurant's forté. Just disappointing since the store in Boise is on the dot with each order.

Don't go in the evening. We arrived with a group of 14. We showed up at 850pm. The hours are open till 10pm. They told us that they were unable to provide salad, most of the soup they were out of. Basically they had very limited food options. So we as a group all left. This was the second time that I have come later in the evening and they are out of most things well before the closing time.

If you are near a Kneaders you have to go there. The food was so delicious it is almost indescribable. The coffee and hot chocolate were better than most coffee houses that I have ever gone to.

Always a positive experience at this location. The food is excellent, the service is friendly, and the environment is comfortable. I've lived in Twin for close to two years and I will always frequent this place as long as I'm living here.

I love their cranberry turkey salad with the poppyseed dressing. Second favorite would definitely be the French dip sandwich. They also have the good pebble ice, always a bonus for me!

Took it a little long to get through the line to order, but they are new and training people. There was also a soccer tournament going on, so that made it busier as well. The food was very good, had a panini and it was tasty!

When I got there every table was dirty. I ordered soup and it was warm but not hot. The bread was so cold I could not spread butter on it. The taste was ok, but nothing to get excited about.

Just went in for breakfast the food was ok I would not complain. But the customer service is horrible I asked for a medium drink and a medium coffee and was not handed my drinks so Later when I went in to get them one of the workers she questioned what I was doing practically assuming I was stealing I told her I got two medium drinks and she said ok. Later when I sat down she saw my coffee and said that wasn’t the correct cup in which the coffee went. Coffee is 1.99 I would have been more then gladly to pay extra for a larger cup if that was the case. NEXT TIME hand out the cups when someone places an order I appreciate it otherwise don’t be so disrespectful to customers over a damn CUP ! Thanks for the rude service kaitlyn.

Always come in for the chicken salad croissant sandwich, this time i decided to eat in, my order got lost and i didnt see my sandwich for 30 minutes, i think her name was halley, she saw me waiting at a table and came over and asked if i had gotten my food yet, I appreciated how attentive she was. As soon as she found out my ticket had gotten lost she had my food to me within two minutes and a free sugar cookie as an apology. Everyone makes mistakes and I appreciated the way she handled it. One of my favorite places to eat I'll always stop by when im on that side of town

Food was good but the tables were dirty and no one is wiping them between guests. Probably wont go back for awhile. I didnt feel like it was safe for customers.
