Love this place Kelsey,lauren and I'm sorry forgot your name but you know who you are with the long brown hair and the other ladies always have an upbeat attitude, fun and friendly work environment. These girls get you pumped up for the day before you even get your coffee. My coffee is always perfect and if for some reason it's not quite right they make it right, right away. Thank you for service you guys and girls rock!

Love the Moscow Dutch Bros! Even when it's crazy busy with four lines they have multiple Bro-istas out there grabbing orders, running drinks if they're made, and keeping the vibe happy and upbeat. Love grabbing drinks here!

First D.B. experience for my husband and me. Being new to the state/area we tried here first due to knowing others that had been enjoy the menu. It is VERY busy location with a bit of an odd line set up for cars... it started as two but then merged. They had a person come to our car window once a few cars behind the window and she took our order with an i-pad. Then once we reached the window we i think paid then and not prior (like at i-pad order time) and were given our orders. Well managed and quick considering how busy it was with such a lot of cars lined up. It is always like that it seems whenever we go by as well lol A very popular location for Moscow. In comparison to other drive up drink shops aka coffee wagon/huts that we frequented i feel their menu is rather limited. It is however well made for whatever ordered and rather quick so long as there is enough staff to send out persons with the digital orders to send in pre-window time. If you are in much of a hurry though, i suggest you try another location that is less busy or go with time to spare.

Great friendly and efficient service! We drove up to a line about 8 cars long, and it took less than 5 min to get our three drinks and leave. Price is right, and drinks are always spot on!

When this site opened I would have given them a 5 but over the past 6-8 months the level of service has gone down hill. Not any one thing but a lot of the little things, (one drink was ordered blended received iced, I was asked during the making of this drink if i wanted wiped cream I said yes, It was not blended and did not have wip) I know that these are just little things but I have other choices in town.

The baristas are amazing! They will make absolutely anything you want! I highly recommend everyone stop by! They have everything from energy drinks to decaf coffee and juice. I go there on the regular and will definitely continue!

Drinks taste good, coffee component is weak. Staff always great, car management system terrible. We go here rarely due to the chaos waiting in line or trying to time when to cross the street vs oncoming traffic or getting out when the line blocks the exit. If the caffine was stronger and the sugar less along with a real car system and parking this place would be a 5 star. In Boise, ID and places in CA, I have seen how things are suppose to be managed. It isnt like this location doesnt make enough money to better the situation.

Updated 4/17/19, still line issues, people cutting wont come again for another 2 months.

Great coffee but always a line and service is shotty at best. The Baristas need to dance less and make coffee faster. Walk ups should be served last not first and the location couldn't be worse.

Dutch Bros is a family favorite. Awesome drinks, friendly and happy folks serving you, always a positive experience. This local in Moscow is a regular stop.
