The people here are always so nice, I love talking to them. They always make the best drinks too! I seriously love going here ❤

The staff here is allways cheerful and personal even when they have such a massive amount of cars coming through. Also, their traffic management is downright genius. Where other coffee shops will spill out into streets, etc, they keep it consistant with 4 lanes and someone telling you which car to go after. It's a better/faster experiance ordering here during peak hours then Starbucks.

Best coffee you can find. Stopped going to starbucks because they got rid of my favorite drink, turns out that's okay cause I found Dutch Bros. They make the best blended coffees that you're able to customize. The staff that works here gives the best service I've ever received always. They're all very upbeat and cheerful, instantly making me feel the same. Highly recommend making Dutch Bros part of your coffee routine!

Staff is always wonderful. Coffee is always good. Dutch Bros is my favorite, Thomas Hammer a close second. Drive thru at the Moscow location isn't the best, but they work hard to keep the traffic flowing.

Sometimes you will have to wait a while, but the coffee is great. They get the amount of creme perfect every time on my americano. The staff are very sociable and outgoing.

Every time I have gone I have liked the drink (usually ask for a recommendation) and never had an issue with a wrong order, or a sad drink.

Despite the long, complicated lines, they always handle the lines of cars like champs, even when one driver wants to cut everyone off.

Wish there was a Dutch Bros in Pullman! All we have is Starbucks over here 😂

I ordered a green apple smoothie, and the guy asked if I wanted to try a caramel green apple smoothie, so I did. And ohhhhhh my Gosh. Let me tell you, this is the most amazing drink I've ever had, no joke! Also he was very friendly, as all of the employees are. For real though, I recommend trying a caramel green apple smoothie!

The coffee is always delicious, but not consistent. How your drink tastes depends on who is working. The employees are always friendly, but the music they play can make it really tough to hear what they are saying. The parking lot is a NIGHTMARE, so be careful, and don't expect other drivers to obey traditional laws of the road.

The coffee was ok, not the best but definitely not the worst latte. However they charged us $1.75 each for ice water, I figured it must be a bottle of smart water and I didn't want to go to the gas station so I said it was fine. It wasn't it was $1.75 for tap water. Congratulations Dutch Brothers you are officially even more greedy than Starbucks and your coffee isn't any better. If anyone wants a punch card give me a call because I will never buy coffee here again.

Dutch Bros in Moscow is awful. Not only did I find a large, dead spider in my coffee a year ago ( never drank something from them again) but my girls like it, so I took Ashlyn after school to get a smoothie and now they have THREE lanes for cars to get trapped in and they now block the only parking places left accessible!!! My girls got out of the car while I was in a three lane merging into one lane and received their drinks from the counter before I even moved!! I had to wait to get out of the stupid lanes to leave. No parking available is ridiculous when there is designated parking spots but they decide to make it into a line for drive through.
