Dutch Bros Coffee

Honestly, not the best Dutch Bros I've been too, but their drinks have gotten more consistent and they are never gross, even if they don't taste the same as other DB locations. The biggest complaint is the line that a large number of people don't seem to understand, but that is not really Dutch Bros fault.
Edit: I am no longer going to this Dutch Bros. Their drinks have gotten much more consistent, but between rising costs, and the ridiculousness that is their line, it's just not worth going to. The final straw for me was an employee watching another car aggressively cut me off in line and rather than taking my order first and having them wait, which would have been entirely possible, they took the other car's order first. Then the employee commented on how it is annoying when cars cut the line. I've also seen a car drive around 6 cars that had already ordered and wedge themselves into the line in front of them. Instead of asking the car to leave the line and come back in behind the cars that had already ordered and been waiting to order, they just took their order. It really sucks when other people have no respect for you and your time, but then to watch them be rewarded for being jerks by the Dutch Bros employees is just annoying. Sure Dutch Bros might lose the jerk customers if they ask them to wait their turn or leave the line, but I would go far more often and tell everyone how amazing they are. But at the end of the day, they show that they care more about money than customers.

Worst customer service experience ever. The nice guy taking pre-orders was lovely. The team inside is always rude, loud and too busy gossiping to focus on making a drink or acknowledging their customers.

This is always my favorite place to go. I go every morning and love all the young people working. Katie is one of my favorite people there, always SO uplifting and quick to start a conversation. I'm always on the look for the best coconut mocha and theyve for sure nailed it. If you're looking for great coffee & friendly staff this is the place for you!

I don't drink coffee so I can't comment on the quality of the beverages. The said, I know quality service when I see it. These folks love their job (or act like they do and that's all that counts).

Excellent example of service with a smile. They literally come running out to your vehicle if there's a line. By the time I showed up to the window the drink I ordered in line was ready for me with a smile.

Impressive experience considering they're just slanging caffeine.

The customer service was not super impressive and they refused cash. The red bull drink was decent and the chai was good. I usually dont drink dutch bros and unfortunately this is why i have found local coffee shops to be much more friendly and ableto adjust their drinks to my liking a bit more.

Service is good. This location is an effing nightmare for getting in and out. Will NOT being going back to that location for that reason alone.

Always upbeat staff, great place to stop for a caffeine fix or ice cold mixed espresso or smoothie to cool off on those hot Palouse summer days. I wish they had more food options, though.

Ordered a tropical tea and it was messed up not once, but twice. I took it back because it was god awful. And yet when they remade it it still tasted the same... minty. I don’t believe that tea is supposed to be minty and it doesn’t say anything about it being minty? Very upset. Never order the tropical tea and if you do make sure it’s not minty when you get it.

I am new to town, and moved into a place close to here. I am moving from a state with no Dutch Bro's anywhere. I have apprecaited their recommendations, and helpful atitudes. Everyone is always so friendly, kind, and energetic. Very nice experience the several times I have gone. Shout out to the employees who come out into the cold to get our order, and have it ready by the time we are at the window. Excited to try more things from the extensive menu.

The employees are the nicest people you will ever meet but there is ALWAYS a long line. I have gone to this place once* and sat in line for less than 20 minutes. Usually I'm there for 35. So be prepared to be there awhile. I suggest parking nearby and walking up to order.
