Tell them its your first time if you've never been!! I hadn't visited a Dutch Bros Coffee before-- when I let them know, they gave me a stamp card almost completely filled out for a free coffee next time. Ordered a small (2 shots) flat white with an extra espresso shot and soy milk. Nailed it

Idk who he was but whoever the dude was that was outside taking our order today was pretty cool. Definitely made the experience enjoyable. Fantastic tea. Uncle Iroh would be proud.

I get drinks at this location several times a week. More than once, and again today I’ve ordered a cold brew Annihilator and have received a drink without the flavor syrup, it’s just iced cold brew. So that’s nice, but not what I ordered.

Super friendly staff!! amazing drink choices! I would recommend anyone to stop in and just give it a shot! I got a smoothie and it was delicious but it was a bit sweet! however I still liked it a lot!

I am a red-bull charger lover (known also as Rebel at dutch) and it's the only thing I ever order at any stand I go to. I recently got my boyfriend hooked on my favorite drink and it's just on occasions we buy it. The experience we had at Dutch Bros was unsatisfactory, it tasted as if we just got a medium size cup of red bull with bunch of ice, so it tasted watered down and aside from that before we got our drinks we asked specifically + MULTIPLE TIMES for 3 different flavors with cream and whip cream. After not having it for so long and then coming to a stand with a expectation to have this drink the quality did not meet the standard of the other stands that we have been to

So my wife and I love Dutch Bros. We lived in Oregon where it started and have always been big fans. We like the one here in IF but it has a way to go before being as good as the "established" ones in Oregon. We took my younger siblings for their first time and they weren't given free drinks which isn't a huge deal it's just that in Oregon when it was my first time I was given a free drink. That coupled with the workers being sub-par, again compared to other Dutch Bros locations, I give it 4 stars. Keep up the good work!

DB is super fun! The staff is always pumped and friendly, which is so fun! Some people may be turned off by how in-your-face some of them can be at 6am, but I enjoy it. It’s about 50/50 whether my drink is amazing or not, but it’s always drinkable. Best thing I’ve had is a Tropical Lemonade! The Pumpkin Pie Chai is also bomb. My kid LOVES getting a free Whipstick at the window, y’all rule! I like how much the company gives back to charities and calls attention to important issues. Very cool. HOWEVER, as the wife of an audiologist, I have to tell you, TURN.DOWN.THAT.MUSIC! You are all legitimately damaging your hearing each day that you’re exposing yourself to that.

I went last week, and due it fairly being new service was slow. The speaker right above the window was VERY annoying. We were yelling at eachother to order. Another customer complained about the music as well, and the excuse was "They couldn't turn it down"

My boyfriend and I just moved from Rye, NH to Idaho falls this past week. We are HUGE Dunkin’ fans but this place on 221 N Woodruff ave is the most Friendliest/professional staff I have ever met. Brayden (if I spelled it wrong, my apologies) took our order. This guy needs a raise because he is that good at what he does and is genuinely a good human. Dutch Bros just adopted two new Englanders and fans.
