They always have great recommendations on drinks and they will make your drinks how ever you want even if uts a bit strange. And if your drink is up to what you order they fix it. Dutch bros may had lost me as a customer for quiet a few years. Can't believe that even after I told my spouse about the place behind Sam's she still insisted we stop just at a different location before we left town. We did and although this time there was an improvement and beverages were served within 28 minutes which is still better compared to 42 yet I still felt annoyed. Ben je gek? Even McDonalds values buyers more and serves them faster. Plus what's the deal with Christmas themed cups with "It's a radical life"? Are they referring to the movie? Christmas is commonly celebrated at the end of December by most traditional and newly created denominations.

I love Dutch bro’s I always have but this location is definitely not my favorite. There was about 5 cars in the drive through line so I decided to walk up to the counter and several minutes went by before someone even acknowledged me. There was 4 people working and not one seemed to care that a customer was waiting in line. Eventually someone said they’d be right with me but he walked away and another several minutes went by before he came back. It was just a little strange because never have I had a bad experience at Dutch bro’s before. After I ordered my drinks they were made quickly and I was given a stamp card but I was just a little disappointed in the service I received here. (I ordered an iced blackberry rebel and it was delicious I would highly recommend that drink)

First time when the manager was there was awesome! My raspberry Italian Soda was perfect with half and half and whip cream on top. Since then not so good flat not a good mix of half n half... Especially today had to throw it away. (UPDATE) these kids took three X to get an Italian Soda half and half right. First one with pictures they filled that cup all the way up with ice right into the lid then made the drink topped off with whip cream that took me three swallows to finish so I basically paid $4.00 dollars for ICE totally upset. I came back so they could make it right, they bring me an Italian soda NO half N half and heavy whip cream I said to her as she promised me it just needed to be stirred as I started it blew up in my nice new car all over everything and back she went so here comes a guy with a new one AGAIN ITALIAN SODA WITH HEAVY CREAM ON TOP SO I SAID WHAT PART OF A RASBERRY ITALIAN SODA HALF N HALF DID YOU NOT UNDERSTAND!!!??!! SO HE SAID I WILL BE BACK AND FINALLY, HE COMES BACK WITH A THE SOMEWHAT OF A RIGHT VERSION WHICH TURNES OUT TO BE FLAT😡 I will only go when the manager is there and if I have to I will personally teach these children how to make one since I go there for Rasberry Italian sodas and Mochas.

You have the best attitude and personalities working here. It's always very welcoming when I come through the drive through.

They are the sweetest people and they always make my day better, they always make my order right and if not they remake it

Super friendly staff. I was in town visiting family and needed coffee. My first experience here was great. Kicker was tasty, the soy mocha wasn't foamy, but pretty good flavor. A great coffee stop in Idaho Falls.
