Dutch Bros Coffee

As always I have to say no matter what state I'm in Dutch Brothers Corporation has the best employees they're always so friendly and energetic and they truly enjoy trying to talk to you while you're there hands down no other coffee place is better than Dutch Brothers not because of their coffee but because their employees they always have the best customer service

I have been a tried and true Dutch bros drinker for years. Being from Boise the stores personable and fast! Even with long lines you know you won’t be waiting long. This store however is extremely slow I have waited for more then 40 minutes each time I have gone with only about 8 cars ahead of me. Hoping they figure out there timing so I can get back to enjoying my coffee.

I went to Dutch Bros at a busy time, the girl took my order and wasnt too overpowering. I was in line behind other cars, but she brought out my order because it was ready- rather than making me wait to get it at the window. It was perfect and tasted amazing as always!

The people at this branch are simply the best, I showed up there for the first time ever (first time at any Dutch bros) which I told them and they proceeded to give us free drinks. Very cool people making very cool drinks.😎

I went to a new location, since the l7th street location is a hit and miss on making drinks consistently. Any way my drink was spot on! Very pleased! Thank you!

Absolutely the BEST coffee shop. Customer service is always A+, the coffee is to die for, and they always give good recommendations.

I went here on a whim once, and i'll never go back to any other coffee place for premium coffee. I can't wait until they open up a new location near me.

I have to say the people are nice and friendly. I have been here about four times in total, the reason I say two stars is I am paying 5 dollars for a coffee and each time my coffee has tasted like the espresso was burnt or tasted like no flavoring was put in it. I really have tried thinking maybe it’s just the time I go or something but no each time it’s been something along those lines. So 5 star customer service. I just am not thrilled about the product.

I was actually surprised this location felt like there was a party happening. The staff was all outside with availability to order your requests. I wasn't as familiar with the menu and having some guidance would have been easier to get a drink exactly as expected, but I can't complain about the coffee. It was a wonderful pick me up in the afternoon.

I love the people at this location! Yes, the coffee is fabulous, of course, but it's the people who keep me coming back . Especially this guy! Go Mafia!

I’ve been going to this place for coffee since I moved to Idaho Falls a year ago. I don’t know if there is a new barista or staff, but the last two times I have gone my coffee has been terrible. Burnt tasting and I would not have known there was any flavor in my latte. I am looking for a new place to go. If you are spending for premium coffee, you want it to taste good. Both my white chocolate lavender and B52 were just terrible.
