Dutch Bros Coffee

I’d never been here before, & I ordered a large pumpkin spice hot chocolate with 2 lemon poppyseed muffin tops just this morning. I intended to pay for the whole thing with a Dutch Bro’s gift card, & found myself $4 short. I was honest & said, “I’m so sorry, I don’t have $4…” The AMAZING woman taking my drive-thru order said, “Hmm…let me see what I can do about that-“ & got the price down to 50 cents. She then asked, “Do you have 50 cents?” I shook my head, embarrassed. “No…” She said, “Wait, I think I have 50 cents inside,” & disappeared into the shop. Only a minute later, a different employee handed me ALL of my order. I was flabbergasted & grateful. I believe that kind, generous Dutch Bros employee paid the difference on my order out of her own pocket. I never got your name, but thank you for your genuine kindness to me, a complete stranger. Thus, I rate this Dutch Bro’s 5 stars!

Love Dutch Bros they are amazing nice and quick about getting your drink made and to you. Keep up the good work. 👍

Quick to take my order and my money by tablet- but I sat in the drive up for 20 minutes waiting for the car three cars ahead to even receive what they ordered. Car in front of me had the wrong order.
Hot chocolate was very good, but..
I'll be going back to Starbucks thank you.
Shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes at a drive up coffee shop.

I waited in line for over ten minutes to get a peach lemonade that was literally 98% ice. I spent about $5 on a cup of ice. The ONE sip of lemonade in the cup was delicious but a shot glass could hold more lemonade than was in the cup and I ordered the largest size. I've had great experiences in other Dutch Bros but this was a joke. 1 star is being generous. If I could give less stars I would.

I have never had a bad experience at DB's! I don't go often, but I love that I can get sugar free drinks, and there are always the friendliest people here!

I was passing through this area for work, I googled this location for coffee and realized it had really high reviews and I wondered why, the coffee I received exceeded my expectation, the customer service, the energy and the atmosphere has exceeded my expectation by far. The energy is amazing here and I strongly suggest anyone who wants a great experience to come here.

They're a bit spendy but I love their hot chocolate and the puppers loves the pup cup

I really wanted to like this place but the Teo times I've gone the staff has been very pleasant but corporate did not think the layout very well. 20-30 minute wait for the coffee is ridiculous. What's the point of having two lanes only to merge them back into one?? Coffee lids are dangerous too. Could not keep the thing on and coffee was super hot.

We are here very frequently an I love it. Always great people working with great attitudes!
