Island Vintage Coffee

An authentic Hawaiian coffee Cafe operating within a short distance from Starbucks. Well made drinks using local coffee and ingredients. A must try for true coffee lovers.

This place is located inside Kings' Shops in Waikoloa village.

We found it by accident, because it wasn't listed on Google Maps yet. Was headed over to the shops area to get fish and chips, which is when we saw this shiny, new, fancy coffee shop.

The barista was amazing and super friendly. Even gave us a free drink (though we did order a bunch). The coffee was great, and the other non coffee drinks we got were fantastic too. The place is slightly pricey, but I've noticed that most Kona coffee is pricey. 12oz drip was $4.95. and a 7oz bag of coffee beans was around $32.

Wait 30mins for acai bowl…almost 10 customers after me got their drinks.They had 3 staffs. But SO SLOW!!!!!!! Finally! A new customer just come in order the same thing and then thanks god ! They began doing my order together! It’s a good place if you enjoy waiting!

Ok, simply don’t go.
There are 4 staffs and don’t know what they’re doing ESPECIALLY registering system.
I waited for 40 min and there are only couple ppl in front of me, but I left. Because I could see why it took 40 minutes to get 7 people’s order( not getting their coffee, I mean literally ordering the drinks). He( maybe the whole staff) didn’t know how to use system. So they took order, and stop the line and read the orders they’ve got, and sort it and fold each order paper to coffee sleeve( instead of just put the order stickers on it like Starbucks, they actually folding it every single cups)!
Then you need to wait forever again to get your drinks!
I can only imagine they’re doing it on purpose for showing the business is doing well and drawing attention. There were 4 staff and taking 40 minutes to take only orders for 7 people!!!

I'm not a coffee drinker. I drink Chai tea lattes and this place has a REALLY good one. I like sweet things and this one is definitely better than Starbucks. And their acai bowls are super good too!

Coffee is good but the service is really slow.

Delicious coffee and friendly staff! We are still in a pandemic, please be patient. Happy to go on a 15 minute walk while we were waiting for our order :-)

The coffee is great. The line is a little slow due to ordering through one automated kiosk. After ordering the service is very fast and friendly.

The latte here was superb. Creamy milk and strong espresso. 🌋

Tried their coffee today and it was super delicious. Definitely will be back again!
