Island Vintage Coffee

Island Vintage coffee place can give you some rest time in the king's shop place. There is no other coffee shop in the place. The price is kind of pricey when you consider the coffee taste. It was just fine by me. Oh! There is one thing I like from this shop. You can make an order and pay by yourself. It could be convenient for someone while not for some others. It was convenient for me.

Being skeptical of things "on the strip" or preferring a little more off the beaten path places for food and coffee I almost passed up on Island Vintage Coffee. It's on the main drag surrounded by other restaurants, tee shirt shops and souvenir shops. While my family was sleeping and I was taking in the sights I decided to swing in and give them a try.

First, I love walking into the open shop with the main front and both side doors open.
Next the two cold brew slow drip towers that were busy making coffee was a great sight (I love cold brew).
Third the staff was quick and super nice.
Lastly, the view! An amazing porch area overlooking the water to enjoy your food and coffee.

My order was simple, at first. I got a cold brew and went on my way walking. I enjoyed it so much, I went back every day we were on the island. I even took my family once they woke up and we all got some early morning snacks. After reading the reviews I hate I didn't try everything on the menu.

Great coffee, but definitely on the pricey side. Be prepared to pay $8+ for a pretty standard coffee drink after tax and tip. ...but I much prefer a local place over a national chain. This was tasty!

Everyone staying at the Marriott should go here! The best coffee, smoothies and bowls on the island. All fresh and great ingredients. Worth every penny. We went everyday that we were in town and I’m really going to miss it!

We love this place! We’ve been coming back every single day after we first found it. Something you can’t miss in Big island. Kona coffee has very high standard on coffee been selection and filtering, there were not much produced, that’s why coffee in the island tastes so good! Highly recommend the vintage mocha.

We arrived around 8am on a Wednesday morning, excited and curious to try a Hawaiian coffee shop. The store appeared only moderately busy (there was plenty of open seating inside and outside) but we waited in line about 15 minutes before we were able to order our coffees. About 15 minutes after placing our order, we enjoyed an Island Latte and a Hawaiian Honey Latte, both of which were excellent-the coconut and honey flavors were delicious. These were truly the best coffees I’ve had in years. I’m giving my experience 4 stars due to the long wait—the coffees were fantastic.

Nice, clean open store.
We ordered a honey cinnamon latte, and a regular latte. Both were good, but not extraordinary. A bit pricey, but hey, it's in the resorts, you expect this.
Slow... Be prepared to wait.

Self service order which I actually like. There’s only one station so I can imagine it could take a while if there’s a line in front of you.

Ordered the Honey Cinnamon Iced Latte which was pretty good. It was $8, typical high island prices. Almost $13 each for açaí bowls. Ordered the coconut and lilikoi bowls, very good!

If you don’t mind the high prices, this is a good coffee option.

We really enjoyed stopping here and getting coffee but the acai bowl and smoothie was just as good! The service was excellent as well.

Awesome coffee, easy ordering process. Definitely my favorite spot to grab coffee in the resort area.
