There is a wait but it's worth it. Chill. You are in Hawaii It's a great alternative to Starbucks in the Waikoloa Beach area. The smoothies and acai bowls are legit! Inside and outside seating available. Great menu options.

A friend recommended the acai and poke bowls from the Oahu location and I was happy to find them on the Big Island. Unfortunately, this location doesn't have poke though.

I tried the Lilikoi Moana Bowl and it was fantastic. It's hands down the best acai bowl I've ever had. I love lilikoi, so I was happy to find they have one with it. I'll definitely be back next time I visit.

The only good coffee we tried on the island! We weren't fans of Kona coffee, so finding alternatives was difficult and on our last 3 days, we found this gem. We love lattes/breves and that's what we had here every time - came out consistent, creamy, and just GOOD every time!

For those saying it's expensive - have you found any cheaper coffee on the island (or food)??! Highly recommend! Cute interior as well.

Went to multiple Island Vintage locations on different islands and all had the best Açaí bowls out of all the places we tried

Love this place! I have been to Island Vintage Coffee on almost every Hawaii island. It's the best breakfast place. First time trying the açai bowl - the wonderful fruit in combination with a Lava Mocha blew my mind!

They do a good job at their açaí bowls and coffee; however, there costumer service really needs some work. I was pretty surprised at their lack of patience and kindness towards their costumers. And I hope they realize that they work in a location that is primarily tourist driven… so if they work there they should be prepared for a more touristy vibe and they should show a little more patience and kindness towards new customers.

Food, especially açaí bowl, was delicious! Coffee also was good. 4 stars only because of the wait time - we spent 15 minutes in line to place an order, and then another 20 minutes to get drinks and food.

Cute coffee shop with good selection of drinks and açaí bowls (and some baked goods like bagels and croissants). Love the island latte and Hauipa açaí bowl.

Amazingly good chai latte! Pretty typical price for the tourist side of the island. The Waialua Moana bowl was good too.

Ouch. Can't remember being treated this poorly in a long time. Barista made our drink wrong (really wrong) and within 50 steps of leaving we turned around to go back in. We pulled open the door and from across the way someone shouted abruptly "we're closed!". We sheepishly approached the counter hoping we could get our drink remade and explained we just got the coffee one minute ago (literally). She said she wouldn't remake it because they were now closed {at 3:01 and they closed at 3:00). Also said if she remade it now it would "violate their insurance policy" (with attitude). Pretty sure that isn't true. After explaining the coffee was undrinkable she started begrudgingly making the drink and pushed it to us across the counter without looking at us. As we walked out someone yelled at us again to "close the door on your way out!". I guess in case some of those horrible people called "customers" snuck in to spend their money there. Where has good ol fashion customer service gone.

Another patron was in there while we were and she was just shaking her head. Doubt she'll be back either. Ownership should not put up with staff chasing off customers

I recommend supporting a business who cares about treating people with respect and giving them your money instead.
