The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Pearl City

Ordered a small vanilla decaf latte and was very delightful, thank you!

I ordered a dark chocolate latte and it was great! It's creamy and not too sweet. The temperature of my coffee was just right when I got it. I didn't have to worry about burning my tongue. Their rewards system could use some upgrade. They still use stamp cards. And the bathroom could use some renovation. It was dirty for the most part and run down. The bathroom is locked and one would need a key to utilize the rest room. As for the workers, they were very friendly and accommodating.

We had breakfast there. I want to go to restroom after breakfast. Their restroom is closed for customers. Incredible insane. One employee tries to unlock the restroom, while another employee said very rudely ‘our restroom is locked ‘
No sorry no explain. Super rude.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and there was 2 cars still in front of me, had to leave or be late to work. Avocado toast is the worst menu item that slows everything down and shouldn't be served at a coffee shop, that's gotta change. Also customers need to learn how to pull up in the drive thru on that small incline. If you can't use your automatic transmission car from a stop on a hill, why you driving? Usually a pleasant experience but lately it's been slow and nobody seems happy there.

The food is delicious! I got a breakfast wrap for myself and a bunch of muffins and scones for the office. Everyone loved them. But my main reason for going to them is for their teas. Yummmmmm!

This place is so filthy-I’m so shocked by all the good reviews. I’m assuming most people go drive thru, because if they walked inside and see the bathroom and see how their drinks/materials are stored they would gag.

This little shop is perfect for a relaxing cup of tea with your date. They have a decent variety of both tea and coffee, impressing me with a jasmine pearl. It is relatively quiet and the staff are very nice. It's more low key than starbucks and is definitely worth the visit if you just want a quiet night with some hot tea.

Even though they repeat order bqck to you there is always something missing or wrong worth order. After 3rd time I mentioned and I guess it's a normal thing cuz they were like yeah it happens

I love this place! Good drinks, friendly staff - especially Shaun, Leann and Aaron. They're the best! Make sure you get here early, though - this place gets busy really quick. It's best if you go before 8 a.m.

It's always hard for me to choose since everything is so good on their menu 😊.
