The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Pearl City

Comparable in concept to Starbucks, but its their flavor offerings that differentiate them. Forget mocha, think Black Forrest Mocha or Tiramisu. How about a seasonal Horchata? So, if you need a different coffee, try here.

The service was terrible. I had to flag down a server to take my order. I was totally ignored at the counter. TERRIBLE SERVICE. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!

Really enjoy the weekly deals and trying different drinks. The only slight criticism & why I don't give them 5 stars is because they frequently forget the whipped cream. I always say it with my order, when they ask anyway if I want whipped cream & I say yes, and yet nearly every time I get my drinks without whipped cream & have to ask again. So although it's a small thing, it's a consistent annoyance for me. Yet I have friends who frequent this location who have never had that issue so 🤷🏻‍♂️....

The salmon bagel sandwich was amazing. Even better when they heat it up.

OK, I love the drinks there. We get the Thai cold brew and the Lychee iced tea (when they have it). But the last 3 different times, man, the drive thur waiting tines are ridiculous. It's taking over 40 mins with at least 3 cars ahead of us. We have also gone in and it's faster. So do not use the drive thur. Go on instead, you are out in less then 10 mins

Unfortunately service at this location has gone down. I understand covid life has made things difficult for everyone. But, im not sure why they cant seem to get on the same page.

The morning crew gets my order correct. Its fast and good.

Afternoon crew tends to take forever. Always charges me a different price for the same thing i order in the morning. And they sometimes they charge me for half-and-half and other times they dont. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

I really dont care what the price is. I just want the price to be consistent.

I stopped coming to this specific location (Pearl City) because one of the cashiers at the drive-thru window would consistently overcharge me for random things. Speaking to Riley (who has always been super cool btw), the supervisor on duty, did not resolve the issue. Hope you guys can catch her in the act or at least deal with the situation for other customers because if I had to guess, that cashier is racist.

Coffee is ok, but the interior is uninviting and cold. Not a place I’d want to hang out.

The people were nice, the coffee was horrible. Don't get regular coffee if you end up here. Get whatever sugary Frankenstein drink.

Hazelnut Frap is on point better than Starbucks!!!
