Good ice cream and sorbet but nothing to write home about. Went on a very busy Sunday and they were out of many flavors. We were all happy with our choices. No place to sit and enjoy the ice cream, particularly in the rain. The shop sells coffee too, and the menu of sundaes looks great. The group of staff working was great. Prices are a little steep.

Nice ice cream in the shopping area, waffle can be a little more crispy but generally good. I like the ube and green tea flavor 😄

Fantastic staff, I'm a fan of how many different flavors including local flavors. It's almost over whelming with the amount of flavors inside, but it's a good problem to have. Especially when the staff allows samples.

I loved this ice cream so much. My husband and I are huge ice cream fanatics. I don't think there was a single day when we were in Hawaii that we didn't get ice cream from somewhere. Lappert's coconut and pineapple ice cream was totally amazing and the plaza is a really nice place to enjoy a cone!

Gotta love Lappert’s! This place is a must if you’re visiting the islands. They have a bunch of great flavors. I love their milkshakes and coffee. Make sure to stop by more than once if you have the time as they always have new flavors!

Only downside (and it’s a big one) is the paper straws. If you stop in, I’d recommends to BYOS (bring your own straw) if you get a milkshake.

Best ice cream on island! I am from Oahu and there aren't too many really good ice cream places. Most places' ice cream is icy, but Lappert's ice cream is perfectly creamy while having unique island flavors. Definitely a great stop if you are craving ice cream.

You will find some really great flavor combinations. I forgot to say 'no whip' on my sundae. I'm glad of the mistake. It was strawberry whip topping and paired very well with dessert.

The best ice cream. Taste fresh and great local flavors. Good prices. Can't decide is a great share option.

This ice cream is so good! We loved all of the unique flavors! Our favorite was the white chocolate with raspberry sorbet and brownies. Yum!
