Lappert's Hawaii

The staff at this location is nicer than Hanalei location. Love their ice cream.

The ice cream here is quite good, we tried a few varieties and liked all of them. The coffee also smells very good, but I have not personally tried it. The waffle cones are fresh and were even being made throughout the day. Price is not bad either. I would compare it to any other nice ice cream shop. The scoops are also large, I got two and could not finish it.

Original and different ice cream flavors including macadamia nut. A must go, but go early they close before you may be done with dinner!!! Decadent

We've tried the coconut, the macadamia nut and the mixed of coconut, macadamia nut and caramel. Apart from the coconut ice cream (strange taste that does not quite reflect what I have used to when eating some real fresh and local coconut ice cream in the Caribbean and the Seychelles Islands) it was excellent, especially the macadamia nut ice cream (gorgeous).

I was recently in Princeville on Kauai and had the pleasure of enjoying a very special experience. My interaction with Tayvian, your extraordinary employee coupled with her recommended flavor choices- resulted in the best moments of my vacation in Hawaii! Wow! She was and is a very special employee! Customer service coupled with enthusiasm, product knowledge and the Aloha spirit yielded a very special experience! She treated my wife, myself and my party to a simple but very special memory and experience.
We tried to replicate it for two additional nights. Tayvian wasn’t there nor the special flavors she recommended. I want to personally thank Tayvian and I would like for management to pass this compliment on to her. Management could expand your business if you could replicate our 1st experience and keep her recommendations stocked. Thanks! Signed- The Idaho Potato!

Ice cream was good but the service was TERRIBLE!! The girls that were helping us were very rude! God forbid we interrupt their TikTok videos. We are a family of 5 and after our 3rd order we started getting the eye rolls and snickering with the other girls. The customer services was as cold as the ice cream.

A variety of unique and classic ice creams but not that were of 5 star caliber, in my opinion. I ordered a caramel coconut macadamia nut on a sugar waffle cone. It was good, but nothing to rave about.

The ice cream was velvety, creamy and sweet. Add sweet ice cream to the sweet cone was a bit of overkill for me.

There plenty of ice cream flavors here to choose from, plus I think they have Gelato so you can't go wrong. But it just didn't go well for me.

The place is super organized, clean and service was good. Parking his shared because it's in a strip mall, but there is plenty of parking so there shouldn't be any trouble.

Overall, I was excited about Lappert's but there is nothing magical here.

Coffee, ice cream, baked goods and aloha. This is a great spot to read the morning paper with Java or chill in the afternoon with some yummy treats. Ask them to heat up the baked goods to pair with your ice cream. It's a heavy touristy place after 3pm-9pm and $$.

All amazing but Pineapple sorbet was the best! Better than even the other 4 good ice cream flavors we tried.

Excellent ice cream. A great selection of flavours and home made waffles. So so so good!! Bravo! Must try! The nene was a personal favorite!
