First time here. Grabbed a latte and substituted with oat milk. Delicious! Also grabbed a cinnamon roll. Best cinnamon roll ever! Similar to a Soft milk bun with a light cream cheese cream over it! My total was about $12 even. Left a tip because they deserve it.

Stopped in based off of other reviews. Tried their N.O.L.A cold brew, very smooth. Also picked up one of their bags of beans to take home, very reasonable priced. Friendly staff with very quick service.

Unbelievable coffee. Must stop by for a cup. Really chill atmosphere inside with two swinging chairs. Has a drive through too.

Delicious coffee! I always get the iced coffee. They sell some cute local made goods as well. I got some local bee wax coverings for eco friendly food storage that are awesome quality. The space is fairly open/large if you want to come with a group to meet up or sit for a bit. Staff is always friendly and service is quick.

Nicely decorated coffee shop with hanging chairs, friendly staff, and serving Hawaiian coffee. Unfortunately the espresso itself was poorly extracted and astringent. If you are going for a sweetened drink, you'll probably have better luck as they have a big variety of choices. They also have a drive through.

We always make a point to get some exceptional coffee, and Akamai does just that. We LOVE atmosphere (and it’s not just because we’re in Maui...partially though), location is convenient and of course there’s a drive through. This is important to us because we have children who may be sleeping and need to stay in the A/C environment of the rental car. Friendly staff and a great cup of coffee! We also bring a bunch of the beans and grounds home. Go get the Nola! It’s awesome.

So glad I found Akamai Coffee while visiting Maui for the week. They make a great espresso drink (I ordered a latte) using only single-origin, Maui-grown berries. Then they roast and grind and prepare a wonderful coffee experience. I appreciate their attention to detail and the seriousness with which they make each cup. Nice work, Akamai team. I’ll be back.

We were staying in Kihei a few days, and this place was the closest thing to a Williamsburg coffee shop as it gets. Better even - they have two big espresso machines, so when you order two coffees, you get them in the time it takes to get one. And they don't overheat the lattes!! Wonderful, one of the best coffee shops in the state, and I've been to nearly all of them looking for "the One".

Love this place. My husband and I highly recommend the Chai and NOLA. We substituted with Oat Milk. It was delish! Thank you J for the hospitality and tips for the rest of our trip. Come by when you can to support!

My first coffee on the island and it was amazing!! I went through the drive through location by Home Depot. Baristas were friendly too. I don’t have any other places to compare this too (besides the 10% Maui coffee from Costco), but I don’t feel the need to. So yum!
