This is really two reviews in one. First the good.

5/5 for the coffee and breakfast. The cold brew is fantastic. One of the best I’ve had in a long time. The breakfast sandwich is also great. And sitting on the lanai to just watch the ocean is a great way to start the day.

Now the bad. 2/5 for the kitchen customer service. I ordered a breakfast sandwich. When my number was called the order was not what I ordered. Someone had took my order. No big deal. But the kitchen staff were rude and it took me ASKING for them to make me another before they even offered. And not once did they seem worried about making sure I got what I ordered or even happy about the experience. It was a bit busy but not crazy busy.

So, go for the coffee, food and view. But make sure you’re a hawk with your order so you don’t have to face the grumpy kitchen staff.

Order your favorite tea or coffee and sit down at outdoor Cafe tables. Gorgeous view of the ocean. The tea I ordered was excellent. They had breakfast options, including bagels and other items to purchase.

Super cute cafe and delicious coffee!! You can tell they care about serving quality even when they are super super busy! The Coconut Oil & Sea Salt bagel was delicious 🤤 🥥

Delicious coffee, smoothies, and breakfast sandwiches. Great place to stop before going out for the day. Nice place to sit and watch the water while you enjoy your coffee too

Awesome coffee shop & cafe right on the water! Super friendly staff, extensive coffee & drink menu, and lots of baked goods too. I went back several times for the blended coconut mocha and croissant breakfast sandwich! There's nice covered patio seating so you can hang out in the breeze or take yours to go.

Stopped in after a dive for a mid-morning breakfast — like all places on the cruise strip, parking is a little difficult. Great variety of hot breakfast sandwiches, ice cream, baked goods, and hot/iced fruit or coffee beverages! Amazing ocean views on the back patio, and not as busy/cramped as some other cafes nearby.

My mocha was delectable and the everything bagel had a delicious fennel surprise in the seasoning! I also ordered a tropical smoothie, which was a little overpriced ($8) and slightly watery. Overall, I’d come back again and recommend to anyone stopping through on a cruise!

Great spot for coffee & espresso drinks, some tasty pastries, and four ice cream flavors (3 of which we sampled). Attached deck has a perfect view of the water.

The coffee is amazing! And the staff is so nice and friendly! They make this place a pleasure to go to! The owner are awesome! Make sure to try their cold brew coffee! Made fresh daily!! So good!! 🤙🤙

It's always nice to find a good affordable alternative when in a town like Kailua-Kona. You know what I'm talking about. Seeing the good Google reviews of Kona Heaven, we thought we'd give it a try. We had a great experience on a Friday morning.

I had a croissant sandwich with ham, egg, and cheese, and my wife had a smoothie after an upset stomach from the previous night. Both were delicious, along with an Americano for my wife and a large drip coffee for me. A very nice way to start the day.

DELICIOUS COFFEE. I am very picky about my coffee and this place does it right! Very smooth tasting with the perfect balance of flavors (not too sweet). Breakfast sandwiches are made with you choice of bread and was a nice breakfast when in a pinch. Staff was friendly and we're very efficient with getting orders out. I highly recommend going here.
