Beautiful place to visit while on the island with delicious food, latté and relaxing atmosphere.
Fun for the whole family and friends. Access friendly entrance. Clean facilities throughout including the bathrooms.
Beautiful views all-around the facilities. Be prepared for a little adverse island weather if necessary on the way in or out.
Parking was plentiful and easily accessible. Spots were a little tight in some places.
We loved the entertainment that was provided to us.

Stopped in here to hang out while waiting for our flight home and got some tasty smoothies. The drinks were good and it was a nice place to hang out and relax for an hour or two. They also had some bagels and other coffee shop staples that were pretty good.

$30 for three bagels and two coffees... fine. Hawaii is expensive.
Me: “May I have some butter?”
Them: “that’ll be $1.00”.
Me: “charging a dollar after $30 on bagels is a quick way to gain a one time customer”
I’m addition, all the food is fast food quality.
Worst place I’ve experienced in Kona and I’ve been here for 7 months.

Excellent Cold brew! I can’t really think of anywhere else in the world you can sip a delicious coffee and watch the spinner dolphins show off their tricks in the bay. Staff was nice, a bit pricey ($11 for two cold brews) but you’re getting quality Kona coffee with a view. Can’t beat that. Will be back again!

Had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the view. The macadamia nut ice cream was excellent. :-)

I'm surprised by the amount of good reviews of this place. No offense Kona Haven but some of your food is pretty low effort.
Paid $10 for the turkey sandwich and it was the epitome of basic. I'm talking the type of sandwich you send your 1st grader to school with. Low quality lunch meat, iceberg lettuce and Frenches mustard on some mediocre bread. It was as low effort as it gets. My friend got the newly advertised ramen and do you know what it was? It was a packet of instant ramen with some chicken breast (not grilled or anything, it was as if it was boiled in water) with a hard boiled egg...$10. Pretty disappointing. I think the only thing keeping this place in business is their location and unknowing tourists. Very sub par.
The breakfast sandwiches looked decent though, I should've went that route.

Wonderful coffee shop. Staff was prompt and friendly, brews were on-point.
